The location is very convenient and the living room is vast and u don’t hear noise even though its in a crowded area and the location is very convenient. I don’t think this falls under a 4 star, this is more like 3. The neighborhood is shady, the entrance smells of AC, the living room had a broken sofa, the bathroom is old, the bed was very stiff and the kitchen supplies were not clean at all.

Good location and great value. I recommend it The shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom, couldn’t take a shower longer than 3 minutes. Walls are thin and the neighbors where loud until 4am

Going uphill to get to the metro with our suitcases. On paper it's convenient but in reality it is not so convenient.

The location is ideal if you are looking for something different. Located right in front of the Galataport, Istanbul Museum of Modern Arts. Very friendly, kind and polite stuff. Special thanks to Mr. Semih and Madam Nura for their kindness.

The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were very attentive. The location was pretty good, with a 12ish minute walk from each of galata tower and the main shopping street. The hotel was also less than a 5 min walk from the T1 metro making trips to the main touristy areas easy. The rooms themselves were not the most comfortable but it depends on the room. The 4 person room, which includes a fold out couch was the most uncomfortable as sound travels very easily between the roomsand the couch wasn’t the best. The worst part was that the room faced the outside, meaning that when the windows were open especially, you could hear people talking outside, which they did pretty late into the night on some days.

The location The reception was not helpful and i had to carry my bags while he was looking at me doing nothing, he wasn't welcoming, at the end they were trying to make me give them a good review.

Really linked our stay at Weingart Suites. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The room is quite spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, though we had no chance to use it at all. But you can certainly rely on it to store products & cook whatever you need. The bathroom amenities need some renovation to be done.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transport. Even though it's in a busy tourist area, the room was very quiet and peaceful. For me, cleanliness and well-functioning facilities (heating, AC, and bathroom) are the most important things, and everything worked perfectly here. Considering the price, it’s definitely one of the best options in the city. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the room service feature was nice. The receptionist also helped me book an airport transfer. I was really looking forward to this stay, and unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. - The WiFi was horrible -- very poor connection and I'd be kicked off constantly. This was a HUGE problem as I work while traveling. I asked the receptionist and he said "it's always bad, it's bad everywhere in the hotel." - Garbage bin was not cleaned out from the previous guest? I have never experienced this, it was disgusting - There were hairs in the water kettle - I had requested a coffee machine when booking (this was approved), and when I asked where it was, the receptionist said "oh you must have been given the wrong room" and then that was it

Location was great, near the monuments ( 30 min walk). It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The towels were replaced every day and the cleaning was done every day. The mattress of the sofa needed to be replaced (it was stained and worn out). The towels need to be replace, because they are old. No channels on TV. Not many accessories on the kitchen (no dish cloth, no deep vessels)
