Very clean, great staff, and the location was incredible. The breakfast room was just okay. No windows, small. With that being said the breakfast was very good.

Staff was extremely nice and very helpful and informative, especially the receptionist Dawoud who gave us a lot of insight about touristic trips and best shopping options. The lighting in the rooms was a little dim. Everything else was perfect.

The quietness and cleanliness, the hotel is located in a very convenient spot. The staff are nice and very welcoming, they have showed support every time we pass by the reception with a nice smile

Great location. Nice, clean, and neat hotel. Friendly staff, helpful. Good breakfast, just enough range for a quick and short stay in the city. Clean and quiet. Rooms are a little dark if you don't have much natural light coming in, which was the case in our room.

All was fine. There was only a noise from a climate/kitchen exust system during night. Our room was right over it & I could hear it turning on, off, it kept waking me up.

The bathroom is tiny, a person has to squueze to corner for door to be closed. Room is also small, there is no chair and no soace for a chair. I switched a much more comfortable hotel nearby after staying in it for one night. This hotel does not deserve 5 star at all. maybe 2 star.
