Locatia este intr-o zona sigura si cu acces catre transportul in comun Eista o zona in care iti poti gati un mic dejun, o cafea, frigoder, cuptor cu microunde - Au uitat sa ne trimita codul de acces in camera. Am fost nevoiti sa sunam la alta locatie BGuest (gasita pe internet) si sa gasim pe cineva care intelege engleza pentru a obtine codul de acces desi trecuse ora de check-in. In acest timp stateam cu bagaje;e in brate in fata cladirii - A doua zi aparut o doamna (parea sa fie de la curatenie). I-am solicitat prosoape pentru 3 persoane (erau numai 2 initial) si i-am explicat ca nu merge ventilatorul din baie , ca pe sub cabina de dus iese apa in toata baia, si ca la TV nu aveam semnal deloc. Pana seara au rezolvat cumva cu TV-ul sa fie functional si cu inca un prosop. Ventilatorul din baie si apa care curgea pe jos NU a fost rezolvata pana la plecare (am stat 1 saptamana) - NU raspund la telefoane. A pornit alarma in cladire, am sunat la numerele pe care le-am gasit dar degeaba. Dupa o ora a raspuns cineva pe whatsapp (intr-o engleza tradusa cu google translate) si ne-a comunicat sa nu ne facem griji ca stiu despre alarma si ca o sa o rezolve. In tot acest timp de peste 1 ora noi am suportat alarma sunand. - In studio au fost facute invcestitii la inceput dar acum aproape toate sunt deteriorate. Salteaua patului are arcuri incomode, canapeaua este de 150 cm (doar pentru un copil mic), in baie sunt probleme cu aburul si apa care curge de sub cabina de dus, dulapurile din bucatarie au usile cazute, aerul conditionat este foarte zgomotos si la pornire miroase urat, etc. Galagia din timpul noptii probabil ca este normala avand in bedere ca este zona centrala / turisica. In poze locatia arata bine dar in realitate este o mare dezamagire. In momentul rezervarii am solicitat emiterea facturii.

The apartment is well designed, with nice vibes that helped feeling comfortable to stay in, the bed is comfortable although the bedroom was small, the many windows was a good thing for natural light. Overall my stay was fine I am ok, but there are few things that needs to be taken care of honestly: Cleanliness needs some improvements it is not cleaned well; especially the floor, the bed sheets and cover, the sofa, and the cooking utensils. Adding some cooking essentials (like oil, pepper, butter maybe.. some basics) would also improve the stay, but there's only salt. One needed to buy everything to cook one meal and that's not convenient. Windows curtains did not work well in most windows, and it was so hard to adjust/open windows because of that Although the location is amazing, there's no sound proof and that was not helping at night or early morning, there's a lot of hussle in the street. I don't think the air refreshment system is working very well, when I checked in there was smoke smell from the previous residents and it stayed for days, also when I cooked the food smell remained heavily there. I had an issue with the air conditioning (or heating system) it both heated hardly and made very loud noises at night, The owner was keen to fixing it but it took them 2 days to respond and act. Walk-in closet is too small, one average or small travel bag can never fit in, not if you get things out of it as well, I had to keep half of my stuff in my bag as there was no other place to put it in Landlady doesn't speak English at all (and not even the technician who came to check my issue with the AC) which is a hard communication. If this place is meant to accommodate foreigners, then some common language needs to be there.

This place is a self-service suit. I stayed for a week and not once were the beds made or the place cleaned. Of I would have seen anywhere that it's. Self-service plan e I would not have booked it!! I asked for clean linen, it was brought and left on the table for me to change. The kitchen had one wine glass and one long glass!! They must improve on cleaning and offer daily housecleaning referred to as luxury. The elevator is a joke. You go 10 steps up to come down 10 steps to reach your room. You might as well take the stairsball the way!! The hotel is right confront of what seemed to be courier office. They deliver stuff from 1 am -4 am. The noise is so loud and you can hear people talking all night long. Not mentioning the farbahebtruxks comes twice at night !! Stay away from this place.

Central Location Modern architecture of flat Staff not réactive! I needed to write one message which was ignored, followed by three calls (!) within two days to get two missing towels!! Bathroom (shower), kitchen and one sofa not clean

Great Location. Good size, clean, nice people TV not a SMART TV - no ability to connect Netflix or aAmazon. Lots of channels of Music and series ALL in Turkish. Bathroom shower leaked heavily - bottom door seal missing, shower head holder very loose, broken shower base. Small improvements would make it so much better. Building working going on upstairs. Paint in lift, spilt.

Very clean and comfy room that had everything needed. The Host reacted to every demand, immediately. When a taxi driver left our luggage in the middle of the street and we only realized it when in the airport, the host went there, found the suitcase and organiser a prompt airport delivery. Highly recommend. Nothing
