Amazing breakfast buffet. A variety of everything. Not your basic breakfast like most places that offer cereal, veggies, and dip. The bed comforter and AC was the best part for me. The AC stayed on, didn't turn off automatically, which made my sleeping more comfortable. The two young gentlemen with the longer length hair were so kind. I didn't catch their names, but they were very helpful. The taller one made me feel more at ease and comfortable after my first night of exploring. I'm thankful he was there to offer support. Overall, an excellent stay.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location! The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They took the time to guide me around the city, gave great recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast each morning offered a great variety of fresh options and was the perfect way to start the day.

There AC dosent cool from 2am to 6 am it mostly runs on fan as soon as morning carpets after 6 am or so the cooling starts again

The mattress was firm. The young men who worked there were kind and helpful. The day manager on my arrival was "pushy" and gruff. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. It looked like a hotel in Moscow circa 1980. If you know, you know. The cleaning crew used a dreadful, overly sweet and musty, strong smelling deodorizer that permeated the entire room making it necessary to keep the balcony window open (obly one would open) throughout the stay. When the "bell hop" took the luggage to the room he didn't place it on a bench...as there wasn't one and the closet could not be used as it was drenched in the deodorizer. At breakfast, the coffee was undrinkable. I think it was their idea of "Russian" coffee. And it did turn out a lot of Russians do stay there. The photo of the exterior misrepresents the hotel.

However, while the location remains a major plus, the hotel itself feels stuck in the past. It is in serious need of an interior refresh. The furnishings are showing their age, and the rooms lack modern essentials that have become standard elsewhere—like USB charging ports by the bed. Even the amenities feel dated; I’d much prefer seeing eco-friendly shampoo pumps rather than the tiny plastic bottles they currently provide. Additionally, I found the price to be quite high considering how small the room was. While I appreciate the convenience of the area, the value for money isn't quite there anymore given the lack of modern upgrades. It’s a great spot for location seekers, but the "hardware" needs an overhaul to justify the current rates. While the location remains a major plus, the hotel itself feels stuck in the past. It is in serious need of an interior refresh.

The facilities were well-maintained and clean, staff were extremely helpful, and the buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Most of the primary sites to visit were within reasonable walking distance but be sure to have with you a map of some sort as the streets can be challenging to navigate and the neighborhood quickly becomes congested as the day goes on. Not the fault of the hotel, just saying.

We loved the location, it’s perfect for first time visit of Istanbul, walking distance til Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, couple of minutes til Çemberlitaş tram bus, T1 tram goes to Eminonu in 6-7 min, from Eminonu we took ferries to Asian side. Staff were so kind and helpful, room was clean and was cleaned everyday. Highly recommend to have booking with breakfast included, because breakfasts were AMAZING! It was truly delicious!
