Location was excellent close to Tram, Metro and a bus stop a short walk away. Great looking Hotel. Was clean and tidy. Rooms were great. Comfortable clean with lovely decor. Bathrooms were excellent, great shower and bidet toilet. Breakfast was average but sufficient. Spa was clean and tidy. Pool was clean but could be a little warmer. Breakfast could use a better variety of dishes. Omelette station was out of order for first 4 days of our stay. Jets were not operational in pool.

Clean,Location not far from metro، The restaurant and the breakfast service are below expectations and need improvement.room is small and very basic,old carpet،,combining the Mado restaurant with the reception area makes the place look not very good.

Just a small tip: spend only 1-2 nights on this old side of Istanbul. And maybe breakfast can get better

The location and spa was fantastic. The service to the experience Room was lovely What needs to improve: 1. service and staff understanding. Coffee house team member understanding. 2. Timeliness of airport transfer service. I had to ask where the airport transport was and then it eventually came 10 mins late 3. Housekeeping - room was cleaned in 10 mins (so really not cleaned)

Very clean and the location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere since traffic during the day can be pretty crazy. The gym was a bit limited for a hotel of this standing.

We liked everything about this hotel. Its a perfect location very clean and modern. Sultan from the reception was very helpful and polite but I have to mention all the stuff who was just amazing! We really enjoyed and would recommend to everyone!!! There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything is perfect!

Pros: Excellent service with very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms - provided with towels, robes, slippers, basic toiletries. We were at a higher floor so no street noise. Great facilities including a gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. Convenient location — just 5–6 minutes from the metro and tram stations. Complimentary water bottles provided daily. Massage and hammam services are available (though we didn’t try them). Cons: The swimming pool was clean, but the jets weren’t working. Some gym equipment needs maintenance — several machines weren’t functioning properly, likely just in need of oiling. Breakfast was not that great and could improved - commercial scrambled eggs, oily food.

Location is just next to Vezneciler Metro, good restaurant on premises Mado It was my second time in this hotel , all was very good

Very nice and modern hotel in a great location (walking distance to Hagi Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns 28 minutes and 15 minutes walking distance to the Grand Bazaar). We had a great view of one of the mosques and AC worked really well. Great facilities to unwind after a day of walk (dry and wet sauna). Not applicable
