We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taksim Street, making it very convenient to explore the city and access public transportation. The hotel is practical, clean, and comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their outstanding service made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay and were satisfied with the overall experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and public transport, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike.

I am amazed of how everything is so well organized! Reception was super kind and helpful. They offered us Turkish coffee when we arrived (and when checking out). Room was big and spacious. They offered us to view multiple rooms and choose whichever we want! Location is amazing! I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back. Thank you for making our stay special. Real Turkish hospitality ?

CLEAN and neat that’s the most important thing. Friendly staff who r always ready to help and assist. Everyone makes a conservation with you. Special thanx to Pirin, Murat and Abdullah. I suggest removing one of the side tables and add a small chair instead.

Welcoming, kind, helpful and professional staff. They went above and beyond regarding our various requests for transfers, booking and general questions. Elevator got stuck often on 1st floor but it was an easy fix.
