I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of Istanbul is unbeatable—most major landmarks and attractions were within easy walking distance or a quick ride away. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a place that combines convenience with cleanliness, this hotel is a solid choice.

Very close to the centre of town Shower head was broken, toilet seat was loose, sink was loose, pillows were hard and room, especially the curtains, smelled of cigarettes. Had no hand towels and no floor mat so when the broken shower sprayed it got the whole bathroom floor wet

The hotel's location is convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Sultanahmet tram station, from where you can easily get to Sirkeci or Eminönü, and continue to other destinations. If you are visiting Istanbul for the first time, this is a good location as all the major historical landmarks are nearby. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their service was definitely the highlight of our stay. There are many restaurants and three small grocery stores located on the same street. The hotel rooms are in need of renovation. The hairdryer appeared damaged, and we were hesitant to use it. The rooms were warm — we stayed in April and did not experience any issues with heating. Cleanliness was satisfactory. However, we often had to request toilet paper, as housekeeping did not regularly restock it. We booked a room for three people, but upon check-in, we had to ask for additional bedding, towels, and slippers. There was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Sound insulation was poor; we were frequently disturbed during the night by other guests, as we could clearly hear them using the stairs and entering their rooms. The room we stayed in did not have a nice view and was located on the third floor without an elevator. The staircase was very narrow and steep, similar to those found in a mosque minaret. Fortunately, the receptionist kindly assisted us with our large suitcase. The rooftop terrace for breakfast, which is shown in the photos on Booking.com, was not in use and should be updated. Breakfast was served in the ground-floor restaurant, with the same menu offered each day. The restaurant was cold and lacked any background music, resulting in an uninspiring atmosphere to start the day. However, for a future visit, I would likely choose a different hotel.

The location is fantastic—perfect if you’re looking to be right in the center of everything! It was super convenient to get around, and you’re truly in the heart of the action. On top of that, the staff were amazing—super cool, nice, and easygoing. They really made the stay more enjoyable with their friendly attitude. While I understand the value-for-money aspect, and you often get what you pay for, there were some aspects of the stay that felt underwhelming and could have been communicated better in the listing. The hotel itself is quite run-down. The windows had noticeable cracks, there was black mold in the shower, and the flooring was coming apart in some places. These are things that go beyond the expected "budget experience." Additionally, nowhere in the description was it mentioned that access to the hotel was through a restaurant and that there was no elevator. I later realized many hotels in this area lack elevators due to the age of the buildings, but this is something travelers should know in advance. Bags of linen and towels placed near the entrance added to the impression of disorganization. That said, there are some positives. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and accommodating—and the location is great, both convenient and vibrant. If I were traveling alone, I might have been okay with these compromises, but since I was traveling with my wife, I found myself wishing for more transparency and information about the hotel beforehand. Overall, the hotel might work for solo travelers who prioritize location and affordability over comfort, but for couples or those seeking a bit more, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Great location and staff member on reception was very helpful and kind. The room was very basic and needed some attention (was clean but run down). The rooms were also 0% sound proof which wasn’t ideal with a baby.

I like how near it is to Hagia Sophia and all the attractions are walking distance. It’s near bosphorus as well.

That it was somewhat close to the center. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom the same it was gross to stay in there, shower not working properly, it did.t have a pear, the sink was always getting stuck, and it was so small couldn.t stand on the wc. The room was also extremely small we didn.t even have space for.our luggages, one of us had to stay on the bed whilst the other was changing. And the view it was behind a building full of walls with ACs, which made it very noisy. If you have an enemy send him to this place.

Great Location, nice staff. Spacious room and balcony. Not worth money. Bed sheets weren't clean, had hair and stains on it. The blanket on double bed wasnt big enough for 2 people. Felt uncomfortable sleeping. Pilllows and towels had stains. Bath was dirty, couldn't use it, had to use it as a shower. Floor was very dusty, caused sneezing. Balcony door, broken glass at the top. Water stopped working for 20 to 30 minutes. Tv didn't work. AC not strong, hardly felt it. Had to open balcony door for fresh air. One of the drawers had the previous peoples stuff like bottles and med packets so not cleaned out. No drinks in fridge like they provide in other hotels. Hairdryer didn't work properly. Every 2 minutes, turned off. Was on third floor, family suit so many dangerous stairs, no lift. Not worth paying over £700.

Absolutely horrific stay: -Many things broken including windows, lights and shower head. - Air conditioning unit not working properly -False advertising: info said it is sound proofed, 24/7 reception and has room service- these weren't true at all. It's on top of a pub restaurant with extremely loud music and performances till the early hours. Seeing and hearing music and dancing around 2am isn't sound proofing! No one was at the reception most times and the room service was non existent. • Extortionate taxi service was a fiasco, came late and not communicated properly. - Became very sick and stressed due to lack of sleep from noise - No help - asked for advice with tours, told we'd get help in person. Instead then told to ask for help in writing, which we'd done originally! - Asked for rooms to be cleaned but weren't properly as one of our sheets got a lipstick stain on it which was still there after they supposedly cleaned, so bedding wasn't changed. - Unprofessional conduct: we were told our room would be changed due to so many issues but came back and it wasn't. We complained and the manager made out like we were the issue at one point! He said something like if you get migraines with noise then you shouldn't go on holidays as you should expect noise! It was such a nasty and shocking comment and is pretty much discriminating and prejudice on grounds of disability/health.

Perfect central location. Large walk in shower and plenty of room for bags and suitcases. Dirty room, sheets “washed” but not clean with stains. Double doors lock broken and advertised rooftop area seems to be disused and a dumping ground.
