location is superb. 2 mins walk to the Harbour and heart of karakoy. nothing except that car is not accessible so you have to tow yiur luggage from the smal lane n walk 30m to the hotel but great for me since it means less noise

Istanbul is a total mix of really old buildings and renovated buildings, literally side by side. Fama is a nicely renovated building of only 4 stories in height. We were spoiled by the delicious and big breakfast. On the second day we even asked them to make LESS food so that we didn't waste it. The hotel is located conveniently between the light rail tram station and the ferry terminal and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The front desk helped us book airport transportation. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in a quiet section of Karakoy.

Like small but comfortable modern room. Exelent breakfast. Great helpfull staf. Exelent location. A bit warm in the room and it was not easy controllable by termostat.

Location was great! I was worried about the room size but it was perfectly reasonable for two people!

I almost hate to say how much I like this hotel after 5 stays. I want to be able to book again, but they deserve to be full all the time. I will have to take my chances.

The rooms are very small difficult to move and place luggage.

Special thanks to Ms. Hatice, who prepared a fresh and complete breakfast every morning. She was very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to many important areas of the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a small boutique hotel, very well located and managed by very lovely staff. They even organize a surprise call for my wife's birthday, she was very touched! It's a bit noisy, especially between the rooms (noise from the water pipes is very loud) and the rooms are extremely small

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The room was very clean and tidy and beds were super comfortable. The windows don’t have any soundproofing on. That means we couldn’t sleep well because of the constant street noise. Even the rain, which don’t get me wrong, was beautiful to hear, bothered us cause it seemed like a waterfall inside the room. That was the only downside of the stay.

Loveliest host. We had good advice for all things and the rooms were cozy and quiet. Near anything you might want to visit. Also there are kitties!! Typical for Istanbul, I as a foreigner found the busy street traffic quite challenging.

We went out for breakfast with friends, but enjoyed the coffee and pastry. The location was wonderful for us. We could walk to any of the places of interest. I would stay here again. The front staff were wonderful. They were very kind and helpful and engaging. It was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel room was a bit cramped.
