Amazing central hotel at a good price. With a sixth floor room, I had great views of Galata Tower and the Galata Bridge from my balcony. A big, comfortable bed, lovely ensuite bathroom and comfy chair. The balcony is great. I couldn't work out how to switch the fan off in the bathroom. Made an awful noise during the night.

Location only Very small reception and elevator as well as the room size The bathroom has glass doors which limit the privacy I get a connected room and the smaller room has no window and it was so uncomfortable.
-

Good staff Noise and not comfortable the bed and sound stress

While not everyone speaks English fluently, they are happy to help and try to understand. If there is a language barrier, you can ask for someone who speaks English or use a translator — the staff are patient.

Location - 8min to Galata tower (uphill), walking distance to Taksim, Eminonu, close to tram, lots of food options Clean and comfortable. Nothing really. Just to be a bit picky may train staff to be more fluent in English.

The breakfast was nice, typical Turkish breakfast, very fresh. The curtains allow light seepage at the ends and with flood lights on the outside of the building, you can not make the room dark.
