Location was a short walk from the train, the staff was extremely friendly, they looked out for us and were so kind, the room was VERY spacious and the hotel looked awesome, it’s was clean, had a I’m still supersized by the amount of space and how nice the hotel was for the price we paid. This was my favorite hotel in our stay! Nothing to complain about!

The front desk staff—Emir, Batu and another night receptionist whose name I didn’t catch—were great and extremely helpful with answering my questions and making me feel welcome (being greeted by name when walking in was a nice touch). Lots of cigarette smoke from a neighboring room which seeped through the door cracks. Also infrequent and incomplete cleaning services. Despite requesting “Please make up my room” via a provided button, nothing happened for 24 hours, an ironing board from a neighboring room was left at my door for a day, and when cleaning happened there was often something missing/forgotten (coffee, water, towels).

It’s undoubtedly the most picturesque location for a hotel. One side offers easy access to the stunning Bosphorus Strait, adorned with a beautiful embankment. The other side boasts an Istiklal Avenue lined with a diverse array of shops, cafes, and other amenities.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful, lended a card for metro. The room was nice and clean, and cleaned every day with fresh towels every day. The only two downsides we had is that for some reason hot water wasn’t running on the last day of our stay and we showered in a slightly warm water and the second, not very important thing is the view of our room was to inner yard, which wasn’t the nicest.

Excellent location, wonderful staff. I traveled with my bicycle in a cardboard box. They helped me get the bike up to the room and back down to the taxi. Great experience I had a noisy neighbor with child crying, which I could hear clearly

Lack of maintenance, the bathroom seat would move a lot and breakfast is at another hotel to which you have to walk like 7 minutes to get there (but the buffet is very good and the views are beautiful).

Great stay in a very central location, with easy access to public transport and a breadth of key sites (Taksim, Istiklal, Galata, Galataport promenade). The hotel and rooms are modern, sizeable and well equipped - was particularly appreciated that the shower had good water pressure. Finally, the staff are super friendly - special call out to Burak who checked me in/out and was extremely accommodating. Will gladly stay again when I return to Istanbul! N/A

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were respectful, helpful and very responsive to our needs!! The hotel rooms are very clean, well equipped and cozy. The location is great because you can walk to all the touristy areas and this is also close to galata port and the tower!

everything was perfect specially all the reception Staff. location was perfect to travel all over Istanbul. 5 min walk to tram,10 min walk to taksim square and Istiklal street. 15 min tram to blue mosque and grand bazar. very nice place to stay.
