Place is great. Location is great. WiFi, hot water. Also Cafes like Espresso Lab with WiFi in walking distance. Big choice of markets, plenty of restaurants in just 5-7 minutes. The owner is really big heart person. Ready to assist, willing to help. Keeping place in good condition even being fully booked. Thank you That’s not issue of the place. Place is great. But for my 3 weeks of staying at Paxx, there was a guest that has no idea on how simply keep personal hygiene in good condition. Simply first time of co-living experience for him, maybe. Prayers for the owner at such moments :)

Nothing. The place in one word is FILTHY.

Everything was dirty including the beds. I woke up with little bite marks all over my arms. Looks like it hasn’t ever been cleaned. Dirty mirrors, no toilet paper, no locks on bathroom, no AC.
