Size of big rooms are above average sizes in Karakoy. Also location is the best. And the most attractive thing in this hotel is the staff, Younis, Faisal, Omar and the others were very helpful and energized with positive attitude Some rooms are noisy, may be if window glasses replaced with double glazing, it might help

The hotel is located in the city center, so it was quite noisy at night. There was a lot of noise in the room.

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, especially Ömer and Seyd. They helped us with the luggage and took care of everything during our stay. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

Room cleanness . The slippers housekeeper provides in the room , it’s unsafe especially when the floor is wet because it’s very thin & made of paper .

Music sound around the hotel was loud at night during weekends
