Stayed at Mandala Karaköy Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erhan at the reception — he was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. At first, the TV in our room was not working, but the issue was resolved the next day, which we appreciated. The tea in the lobby was also very nice. The AC worked perfectly as well. Overall, a pleasant stay in a good location. You can hear some music from outside in the evening, but it was not loud enough to disturb our sleep.

The location was fantastic! It was within walking distance to Galataport, Karakoy restaurants, public transportation, one of the best Turkish baths, and Galata Tower. The property was clean, had a 24/7 reception, and was very safe and convenient.

The location can be a downside during the weekend, as it gets quite noisy due to nearby bars and restaurant music. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small, although this is fairly normal for hotel room sizes in Istanbul.

Locaton Car parking 30 euro is too much while in booking website is not mentioned. lift too small and took to long time. smell in the lobby to sewage. small rooms. no coffee machine in the rooms.

It was my first time in Istanbul, and both the hotel staff and employees were very kind and polite. The room cleaners cleaned the room regularly every day. The reception staff always asked if there was any problem or if we needed anything. The location was also excellent — very close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and many other places. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

The staff is rude , they don’t handle complaints well enough, room toiletries are not replenished,the first room had no tv and the second room we had to beg for a tv we asked for a double bed they gave us 2 single beds
