I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests at any time, especially Yusuf, Omar, Harun and Cinar. The room was clean, comfortable, and has amazing view on the Bosphorus, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was excellent experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was surrounded by all amenities, and walking distance to the Metro Station. Overall, Dream Inn Karaköy Bosphorus offers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.

Location however I can’t recommend this area as it has turned into a zoo Noise!i cannot recommend this hotel if you want to sleep next to night club with loud music till 1:30 Friday Saturday Sunday and even Monday also sea view room only if cruise ship isn’t in front of hotel . Maintenance is lacking and going downhill check out shower floor room 505 Mold .owner has a great place but the needs his personal review of/inspection etc cleaning of room is off staff needs more training

Location is very convenient to Galata Port and all Bars and Clubs, so be prepared for the late (till 2AM) outside noise.

1. Misleading “Bosphorus view” rooms: I booked two Bosphorus view rooms and paid a very high rate. However, it was impossible to see the Bosphorus because cruise ships are docked right in front of the hotel most days. The hotel does not provide any warning or discount for this issue, yet still charges a premium price for “view” rooms. This feels dishonest. I ended up changing my reservation to non-view rooms. 2. Poor cleanliness: The floor was dirty and had hair, the bathroom had false eyelashes left behind, and the duvet had hair at the foot area, which we only noticed on the last day. 3. Uncomfortable pillows: The pillows were not comfortable at all. 4. Noise problem: The surrounding restaurants are extremely noisy, especially at night, making it hard to relax. 5. Limited access to Galataport: Unfortunately, even though the hotel is in Galataport, it is not enjoyable most of the time. Because of the cruise ships, the port is often closed to visitors, and you can only access it randomly during limited hours. Overall, the stay was not worth the high price paid and I would not recommend it if you are looking for a genuine Bosphorus view or a relaxing experience.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on the Bosphorus with a stunning view. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Omar, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism — he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Nothing at all. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations.

I booked the breakfast-inclusive deal, but I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with the limited options available. It would be great if the hotel could enhance their breakfast variety to match the price they're charging. More choices would definitely elevate the experience!

The hospitality level was beyond our expectations. The location was amazing. Very local and close to stores and restaurants. Nothing not to like. It was Perfect. Will stay there again next time
