Almost everything! The staff was incredible, very polite and helpful! The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with enough place for my (unfortunately) incredible amount of baggage haha. So it was great and so relaxing to have that space. The shower area was a bit small but who cares and the tv too was like a computer screen but still, who cares. I brought my Roku streamer for Netflix and it was enough. Oh and omg the best thing was that the blanket had a normal sheet that doesn't actually go out in the middle of the night (every place I've been until now has those kind of sherts for some reason..) But the blanket was a bit small for me (I'm 1.86) The TV was a bit small with no Netflix (but I got a streamer so it was ok for me) There is not facilities for free water, but they have a beverage machine so I bought water.

You can hear the train passing by, so it woke me up.

It is so systematic and clean. It is budget friendly and the breakfast buffet is worth it. The towels are provided everyday at the doorstep, no need to ask. cleaning is possible eveyday with new cover and new nightgown. The cleaners are honest. Toiletries are available.

The employes didn’t spoke English

I liked its location near the train station and tourist sites. It was also clean and well maintained. The host was also nice and gracious. Thank you for the coffee and cookies! Nothing. It was great!

Near kanazawa station

I really enjoyed my stay at CHISUN BUDGET Kanazawa Ekimae. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The rooms were a highlight. I loved the loft bed layout — it made the space feel more open, and it was great that we could sleep separately. The beds were thoughtfully designed with easy-access power outlets and light switches right by the bed, so you don’t have to get up to turn the lights off. Small details like that made the stay much more comfortable. Service was solid and reliable, exactly what you’d expect from standard Japanese hospitality — polite, efficient, and smooth. The location is convenient in terms of transportation, being close to both the train and bus stations. It is a bit farther from restaurants and convenience stores, and the area is pretty quiet. One minor downside is that there isn’t a direct crosswalk to the station, so you have to walk slightly out of the way — but it doesn’t really add much extra time. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option in Kanazawa, especially if you value smart room design and a calm location near transit. I didn't like that it was a bit of a walk from and to restaurants and convenience stores.

Cheap hotel in a great area close to the station Bathroom was really small and parking was full. The 3 parking areas they recommended were far and more expensive than the parking spot I found that was half the price and closer to the hotel

Close to station, nice views from high floor, even despite being right near railway train sounds didn't bother much.
