Location - if u like Kata beach (mainly for families) Staff - reception all of them very poor , they tried to cheat by claiming they’re giving my an upgrade when the room is exactly the one I booked. They limit wifi access (really in 2026) when almost all 4/5 star hotels globally even in thailand , wifi is like water - meaning easy access - these buggers give u passwords for different devices ?… we booked two one bedroom apartments, and there was only one TV unit , nothing in bedroom - so we had to ask them to shift the TV unit to bedroom. Also the room we booked clearly says sofa bed, but they didnt give us extra blanket or bedsheet or pillow - wtf !!! They want us to pay ?. This hotel is going down the drain .. weekata next to it is much better - we tried it in the past but not sure now because both same ownership

The location Too noisy due to ongoing construction. Also the bed is like sleeping on a floor. The mattress is way too hard.
-
Its right in the kata biz district. Walkable to the market, night alley and if you are adventurous enough, even to the beach Room is a bit small but its an acceptable tradeoff Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am but rooms next to us had activity all night and if you sleep in the hall it will bother you

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s extremely convenient—just about 1 minute away from 7/11 and nearby laundry services. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and massage shops, so there are lots of options for food and self-care nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I like the cleanliness, the layout, the whole hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and they can speak English, and the location is quite good near the beaches and near lots of shops and markets The rooms are beautiful, very modern and well laid out. The only issue is electric plugs is on the wrong places, very difficult to charge your phone while eating or watching TV or sleeping next to the bed. There’s no plugs near the beds far across the room on the other side. The thinking didn’t go into the planning when it came to charging phones and having plugs easily accessible for visitors and guests

We had the room with the plunge pool and it was an excellent way for my disabled husband to cool down and relax after a long day. The room was nice and AC worked well. Lots of noise from construction still.

I really liked the rooms and the decor. The living area being separate from the bedroom was great, because it removed the tv from the room. The bathroom was fantastic, full size bath was great. I didn’t like that the fridge was so small.

Many things from the room and bathroom size. The breakfast was great and had many choices Fridge being small

It was a newer, well upkeep property. Lots of noise, mainly from construction. Being by the pool was not that pleasant.
-
Reasonably priced Not beside the beach
-
Overall good location Breakfast was bland. I ordered eggs as soon as they opened at 7 am and they were completely cold. I felt they had been made the previous day.

Everything Nothing
-
Everything, except the construction work that was going on The noise of all the construction work next door

The property was very nice and clean. The bfast was good as well. The location was near all places and there are restaurants and exchange near the hotel. Only thing was need to have a bigger garbage can because the one in the room we have stayed in were small specially in the washroom.

The location is good for the price and f you book far in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any concerns we had were dealt with quickly. We had the four bedroom penthouse. The photos are very deceiving, our private pool for 8 people was tiny and only waste deep water. There is also a building being built next door that we should have been warned about. They start at. 8am to 6pm six days a week. Could not sit out on terrace or eat outside due to the noise.

The property would be a 10/10 if it weren’t for the noise. We were on the side of hotel where the two buildings connect and there is construction and the rooms do not have any sound isolation. We were woken up each morning to the sounds of machinery or screaming children.

Not on beach

We booked the two bedroom and it was nice and big, with a small kitchenette and living room area. Very clean and a convenient location right down the street from the night market. We had a nice balcony where we could sit at night and hear the noise of the street below but quiet enough to feel peaceful. 15 minute walk to beautiful Kata Beach (lots of taxis or tul tuks available too but the walk is nice). There are two pools, one on the fifth floor which was beautiful and a bigger pool on the first floor which was bigger but was shaded and the water was colder so we used the fifth floor pool. Don’t forget to bring 3000B in cash for the deposit when you arrive. Staff was so so. We found one guy who was so nice and so we tended to look for him - he was lovely.

A nice place to stay if you like being in the middle of the madness of Kata Beach. We visited Phuket one week before Christmas, and the area was very crowded, which made our experience a bit different. I ended up spending quite a lot of time at the hotel by the pool and at the gym. The staff were nice, and the housekeeping lady was very kind. We were happy with our stay. The breakfast was good, though breakfast culture in Southeast Asia is quite different from Western culture, more warm food options. The pools and the number of sunbeds are not sufficient for the hotel’s capacity. Many of the sunbeds at both pools were without mattresses. To use the internet, we had to enter the username and password every time, which was a bit annoying.
