Great location. The hotel had lots of character and charm. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good quality, clean, excellent breakfast Service was a bit not welcoming, rooms re-supply with towels and vanity was poor

The breakfast is amazing, I can’t say enough about it. The staff is fluently bilingual, which helps considerably. I’m an “anti tourist”- tourist.. I love to see new places but I don’t want to go to tourist traps. Thanks to the hotel staff I was directed to a couple of great restaurants and things to see outside the castle- and a great Indian restaurant just down the road. Room 309 is almost futuristic in the amount of lighting and touchscreen controls, just remember that your keycard acts as the switch to the room- so place it in the slot next to the door to turn everything on. We will surely be here again! Navigation- but I don’t think thats the hotels fault, the City is difficult to navigate in and the GPS will greatly mislead you. We parked elsewhere and Walked to the hotel, we know where to go for next time. Don’t fully follow the GPS. If you get lost, park and walk to get your bearings.

No air conditioning and had to pay for parking

The location is quiet and within the city center. The staff has been very helpful. At the reception there is a fragrance diffuser; the scent is far too strong.

The room was stunning, location was better than expected and the staff were 10/10. Couldn't recommend it enough.

- very nicely equipped rooms, large and clean - towels changed daily - two bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub - modern amenities - fully equipped kitchen - two balconies, one of which is very large, like a terrace - very friendly staff, extremely attentive to our requests; staff who gave us good directions regarding tourist attractions, including a free map of the city center, very detailed - very good and varied breakfast, some foods prepared to order (like omelette), so very fresh and hot; - private parking space in the basement, maximum security - location very close to the center and many tourist attractions (Stare Miasto, Wawel Castle, etc.) - the parking space was the most expensive in the area (140 zlotys/night) - access to the hotel by car is difficult if you don't know the location; the streets are restricted and my GPS (Google Maps) unfortunately didn't know how to guide me correctly at first - no one informed us that to access Krakow by personal car you need to apply for entry to the Krakow Clean Transport Zone and you need to register on the city hall website. I found this out only upon arrival and I made the access request in a hurry, to avoid the police penalty. It would have been good if we had been informed about this in advance.

I have two comments: the parking was expensive, and there was no Netflix or other movie options available—only local Polish channels. It was also not possible to connect an external device, which I would normally expect these days as a standard service.

Beautiful interior design with the old time vibe, excellent breakfast, Goff location close to Wawel. None

Elegant hotel on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the main square, Wawel castle, and the Planty park. Five star vibes, luxurious bookable sauna, cozy Lobby, and high end furnishings. Much appreciated were the smart TV and comfortable beds. Room description cites tea/coffee machine AND hot water kettle, but ONLY a kettle is provided. There is no coffee maker in the room, only instant coffee. Bathrooms have a ceiling level window to the bedroom and a motion sensor for the light, which means the light turns on automatically each time you enter the bathroom flooding the bedroom with bright light. There is no way to turn this off. When checking in we were assigned room 003 which is on the street and ground floor. We asked if it was quiet with the response, "all our rooms are quiet." While mostly true, the street side does have occasional car and voice noise. We could also hear everytime the door open and slam close in apartment building next door. Upon waking up, we were greeted with a view of garbage cans outside the window, which also provides no privacy at eye level with everyone walking by. This room is obviously the least desirable, so it was disappointing to have it allocated to us despite booking well in advance.

Spacious and stylish room. Jacuzzi style bath tub. Lots of towels. Great water pressure for the shower, also you could turn it on without having to stand under it and get a blast of cold water. Excellent breakfast choice & quality. Our room 002 was only a short walk to the front door and breakfast. Very superficial and easily remedied faults, but they really should not be there in a hotel of this type in the first place: Virtually no drawer storage space, only shelves in the wardrobe and some of those too high to reach. Bedside tables with no storage and positioned to have any item placed on them easily knocked off. Only 4 coat hangers!!! After asking for more they could only provide 4 more, l think a trip to IKEA is urgently called for. Thin useless pillows, how on earth do they except anyone to manage, I had to ask for two more. However don’t let these minor niggles put you off.

Our room had a bright yellow LED light outside of it that does not turn off at night, and the room was bright even with the blinds closed. Blinds were too short on the sides to cover all the light. Rooms are small, unless you get the top two. There is no proper shower kit - just a body & hair in one. The manager said it’s to be more ecological, but the 2in1 product sits in a plastic bottle, and is poor quality. They could easily find an organic bath & body producer and have shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in 3 refillable, aluminum bottles in the shower. We love to stay at hotels so that we don’t have to carry our own toiletries except a tooth brush. We’ve asked for a partial refund and have never heard back.

Nice rooms, clean Air con system and lighting system very over complicated.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better – it's perfectly situated within walking distance to the historical center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – delicious, varied, and a great start to each day. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily return myself.

Excellent location, walking distance to the city center, very comfortable room, comfortable bed, walk-in shower and balcony where we could smoke were major pluses for us, very clean, with very good breakfast. Nothing to add here.

Close to Wawel Castle and Old Town. We can reach those places by foot for only 7 minutes to Wawel Castle and 10 minutes to Old Market Square. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Apartment is spacious with kitchen amenities. I like the coffee machine with compliment coffee pod. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom with high water pressure. Well mannered staff There was foul smell from the shower drain.
