The underfloor heating was an amazing touch to have in the bathroom, everything was well thought out in the kitchen, it was spacious, having the location opposite the castle was a great, the bed was really comfortable. They had already put the heating on for you for when arrived and it stayed warm as well. The staff was really quick to answer when you message them on WhatsApp and resolved any issues straight way. It was really helpful sending a video of how to retrieve your keys for the property. The bed frame for the main bed sticks out and hurts your knees when you walk into it multiple times in a day. In the sofa bed area was quite cold compared to the rest of the property but still sleep able.

Location was the best. 3 minutes to the Main Square. Parking underground right in front the apartment. The apartment did not match the description and photos. The door security was very weak, anyone would literally rob you with a spoon. The apartment was actually a room in an apartment, and you shared the apartment with about 3 - 6 other guests, which disturbed us because we could hear everything (how other guests walk; when they turn on the shower; when they open the door) and I am pretty sure we disturbed them as well. In addition, the house does not have an elevator, we had to carry the stroller with the baby to the 2nd floor and go through three doors where the stroller could not fit, so we had to take the doors off the hinges over and over again. The apartment was messy. Dirty floor, full of crumbs. Tooth brush cup dirty from tooth paste. etc. There was absolutely no storage space for clothes in the room. No room service, which we find strange for the price of the accommodation.

It was close to the square and wawel castle. Bed was comfortable. Explained that I have someone with a disability who couldn't do too many stairs/steps, I was told that there were 3 steps into the apartment. When we got there, it was 6 large, narrow steps into the apartment even I struggled to balance while carrying the suitcases. Paid extra for breakfast. Was told it the cafe next door, it was not. It was 10 minutes away. Bathroom smelt of mould and damp. No mat for stepping out of the shower. The tiles are very slippy when wet. Pictures are deceiving. It's one big room with an antique cabinet separating the room. When the sofa bed was out, you couldn't get into the bathroom. The bathroom has a glass door. There is no sink in the so-called kitchen. Went to use the cups, and they were dirty with old tea ring stains around the bottom of the cup.

We felt rushed during check out (cleaning lady was waiting at the door 30 mins prior our expected check out time and did not leave until we left). Some furniture was broken. Not enough towels per guests. broken A/C (literally broken hose lying on the floor, blowing hot air instead of cold, and that was during 88+F (28C) and high humidity.

I have no good words It was totally a different accommodation than it was booked. Pictures from the site are just for display. We booked and receved an confirmation for a nice apartment with castle view and an address exactly like on site. Once you are there, they are giving you a different address and a different apartment with an wall in front of the windows. We call the reception for explanations and we've got declined for our request to have the apparent as we've booked. No supervisor or any other persons came to talk to us.

We didn't have extra duvet tv wasn't working I said I will be with children and room wasn't good for children

Breakfast was just a short walk from the apartment. The menu was wide and even the kids could choose. Definitely recommend. The accommodation was great! It only took 7 minutes to get to the old town. Beautiful walk under the castle. Nothing!

Great location. Very close to the Old Town. Old building but inside everything is fresh and new. Thoughtful about the customers. Everything you need is there. -

Easy check-in and check-out process. Ample sleeping space with extra towels and sheets. Very spacious area overall, with lots of lights and plugs. Everything felt modern and updated, while still being a classic apartment. There was no washing machine, which was advertised on the site. It was also difficult to get a hold of reception to ask questions. The windows were also very exposed for the first floor.

Nice specious apartment, very clean the linens were fresh and smells nice. Very close to the city centre right next to glorious Wawel castle. The only thing was I received the email with all information how to get in and PIN 2 days after the stay !! We couldn’t get in, had to ring the number which took a while as we were waiting to be sorted my child had the meltdown that we can’t open the door and my OT was wondering around as desperately needed toilet:) The apartment is right to the main entrance to the building, people coming in and out slamming the massive door. It went all quiet around midnight so I could eventually get to sleep.

Disappointing

Apartment is very nice and clean. Furniture is in vintage style and when you look through the window and see Wawel you have feeling that you are in old time Krakow. Location is the best you have every part of Kwakow 10 - 15 minutes walking and you can feeling vibes and taste Krakow.

Was great location, really clean and well organised. Good communication. Warm inside. Only missing long mirror in the apartment to be able to get a look at the outfit. Nothing. Everything was perfect

We stayed in 2a and couldn’t ask for a better location! -property was very clean -ideal stay for two adults. -excellent instructions from staff regarding entry I to the building and the apartment -working fridge and microwave -entrance to the apartment was very dark, so had to juggle getting the phone flashlight on, while carrying luggage, on stairs -pictures a little misleading. 2a is not big enough for 4 adults to be comfortable. Would recommend only for 2 adults and maybe 2 children as pullout is SMALL.
