A very very good and very clean hotel, everything perfectly organized, super fast service and with a lot of culture. I would definitely recommend it to everyone., A greeting to Toni, the guy who manages everything, sorry for the lack of photos but we enjoyed your sweets from the island of Tongo??

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Vila Melina in Ksamil! The hospitality here is unmatched, and the host, Toni, deserves special praise for his warmth and attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, Toni made us feel like part of the family, offering helpful recommendations about Ksamil’s best beaches and activities. The on-site restaurant, Grill Zone, was a fantastic addition to our stay. The food was exceptional—fresh, high-quality, and surprisingly affordable. We enjoyed everything from perfectly grilled meats to local Albanian dishes, and the variety on the menu kept us coming back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant was always bustling, not just with hotel guests but also with locals, which speaks to its popularity and quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, like dining at a family-run gem.

Comfortable bedding, AC was working properly. Cleaning is not too bad but not super clean either (we found a wet bathroom when we checked in, toilet was like just washed up with water rather than properly wiped and sterilized) There is no reception, you’re checking in from their restaurant downstairs and one of the waiters is taking you to your room. Rooms on the seaside has a nice balcony but you also get all the grill smoke from their downstairs restaurant. Missing basic amenities like shampoo, very cheap quality handwash liquid. There is an instructions paper in the room written with a rude language, listing the things you will have to pay if any damage occurs. We didn’t like they communicate to their guests in such a way. With the same price, we have received much much better and higher quality service from other hotels we stayed during our road trip in Greece and Albania, we wouldn’t prefer this hotel again.

Very easy to walk to everything. I was able to leave my rental car there for easy pick up.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a spectacular view of the coastline. The rooms were spotless! Breakfast was quaint but definitely enough. The best part was Toni & his family/team as they were exceptional hosts. Super friendly & they have a great restaurant. Location is safe & walkable to anywhere in the area. We plan on coming back next year! We couldn’t get the TV to work (we mostly just use the music channels while getting ready, not a huge deal). It would be nice to have a little bathroom stand for your soap/shampoo when using the shower.

I only miss some place to dry wet swim suits and towels.

I recently stayed at Vila Melina and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the staff, especially Toni, were incredibly kind. The breakfast was amazing, and the grilled meat was the best I’ve ever had. There is also convenient parking available. I highly recommend Vila Melina for anyone visiting Ksamil – I will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean, spacious and newly furnished. The location is central enough to be able to walk to all the beaches. Breakfast was also good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room itself was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and beaches The room we had was close to the hotel restaurant and was quite loud at nighttime

Was nice view. Nice room. It was nice to stay with Toni always ready to helo if you need. Really good location you have grill zone which is same owner of hotel very tasty food. There wasnt a place to dry clothes in the apartament. Like when you come back from beach you would like to dry your staff on the balcony but I havent seen.I want to add I didnt ask for them also. will be nice if you will have a washing machine for guests.

The staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating. Included breakfast was excellent! Room had a very nice balcony and we had a large two rooms. Comfortable beds with extra blankets, good internet. TVs did not work— staff couldn’t help with them as something to do with internet.

The property seems to be new, very clean inside the rooms and comfortable. Staff are also nice and accommodating. The common area is not well maintained. The rest all good.

Toni is one of the most welcoming hosts I have ever met. We felt very welcome and had a lovely time in Ksamil.
