Location, although off center, is very good. The housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The corridors, lift well area etc didn’t appear to be thoroughly clean but surely not a dealbreaker. Wear and tear related maintenance issues. The full panel glass window in the main washroom. Although their are curtains but they don’t cover the corners well and are frayed.

location was very close to everything. Breakfast amazing Night girl staff was rude and she was talking us fast, we find our room by asking security the late night shift woman, the room was unclean and the beds they were not clean at all..

The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked very well, and the view from the room was great. The hotel was quiet, the area felt safe, reception was available 24/7, and overall it was really worth the money we spent. There was not much that we disliked. The swimming pool was big enough, but it did not have a very nice view. The breakfast was good, but not excellent, so there is still some room for improvement.

Overall very nice and allround decent hotel. Nice views, and decent location. The bed is quite hard, and probably would make me choose another hotel for a new stay. The pool area could use some normal beach chairs (where you can lay down) that arent in the water. Now there is only two.

The room was big enough to feel like home, although I would have liked to have a bit more kitchenware like plates, mugs, and cutlery. They were provided, but only two pieces of each. The room had a hair dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. A drying rack is available if you ask at reception. At first glance, the location doesn't seem ideal, but in fact, it is only a 15-minute walk to KLCC or Pavilion. There is a 7-Eleven in the neighbouring building; it is unusually small, but it has water, cookies, raincoats, and even antibacterial wipes. The gym was a great bonus, and I used it many times. Fortunately, it has three air conditioners, making the workouts very comfortable. The building also has quite a big pool, but unfortunately, I didn't use it. There were some issues with the room, but the staff helped to resolve them smoothly. The only negative thing is that the walls are paper-thin. So, if you have neighbours who like to watch TV next to your bedroom, it might make it hard to sleep.

Easily accessible using car/bike. If walking it may be difficult for elderly because hotel is located upslope at the end of the road. Request to provide free breakfast in package

Friendly staff and convenient location I was disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the facilities. The four star rating is misleading - this is not a four star hotel. The rooms were old and quite worn, the showers contained mold, and the AC was inconsistent. There were also many ants in the room. This was expected with the price and I don’t mind staying in these condition, but it should not be considered a four star hotel.

The location. The smell, before entering the room, you can smell the cigarette smoke w/in the corridor near the staff room.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite. Really spacious room. Fits well for my family. Great view facing the KL tower. Good parking space. Friendly staff. Easy if you order delivery food too. Location is very strategic. Near to everything yet very quiet The lift sometimes can take quite long wait

Location. … still difficult to cross streets. Comfortable bed. Complicated check in. Very little staff interaction… no one offered to help with luggage.

We are really so happy and satisfied that we had chosen Oasia suites hotel for our stay at kl.... First of all the country itself is a gem and having been in Oasia made things much easier to discover the amazing kl... We were 800m walk away from the iconic twin towers, 1km away from bukit bintang, in the surroundings we had 7eleven, Mc donald, burger king..... 500m away from metro station.... We were so happy to be in a top notch room everyday.The pool at the hotel was on the 24th floor with a breathtaking view... And without forgetting the grab service which was really reliable and within 5 min they were already available wherever you are in kl....

Convenient location…Immaculately attired staff…Wonderful pool! Hard turn onto drop off from street approach…zigzagging hallway between towers…windows can use a good cleaning…
