The host is amazing and the hotel is also very well maintained but also we saw the property is old Victorian style. Nothing everything was perfect

The room was big, clean, with a great view and all necessary facilities. The bed had an excellent, comfortable mattress for a good rest. Breakfast was above all expectations - tasty, healthy, big and diverse. The property has a beautiful yard where it's a pleasure to relax and drink cup of coffee or tea which are free 24 hours. The most important thing was the attitude of the staff, which ready for helping you at any time and give a sense of being a welcome guest.

Veranda Boutique Hotel Kutaisi is an incredibly cozy and charming place that truly feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful antique furniture and a unique style that gives the hotel a lot of character and soul. The owner prepares delicious breakfasts herself, and the level of care was simply amazing. I have a gluten allergy, and she asked about any dietary restrictions in advance. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with gluten-free pancakes specially prepared for us — such attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The terrace has a stunning view and is a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the evening atmosphere. Overall, this hotel feels very special, personal, and full of warmth. We would gladly stay here again.

I liked everything about my stay, literally. The room was very big, and there is many lobbies and common areas, indoors and outdoors. The view: insane. This boutique hotel is very special, so well decorated, antique style. Perfectly well situated, we were able to visit the whole city by foot. And what to say about the host: so welcoming, so caring. we we're welcomed by our host Igor. he was very nice and gave us a tour around the property. the whole property was very nice and clean and has a very homey vibe. our room had a garden view and from the garden you can see the amazing landscape view of the part of kutaisi with bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. delicious homemade breakfast was served every morning by our exceptional host Palina. nothing

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Tons of delicious traditional Georgian food Polina was an amazing host, calling taxis for us, making recommendations for restaurants and even upgrading our room because ot was nicer than the one we booked. The views from the room and from all the balconies were exquisite. This was a lovely amd very special place. The place is in the City center but it is a bit of a walk—uphill

It’s this charming botique hotel, with a stunning view, the pictures really don’t do it justice The owners were reaaallly friendly, they went out of their way to make it a great stay! The hotel is 15 min walk from downtown which makes it perfectly located..

The breakfast was amazing. If you love cheese, you're in for a treat. The hostess/owner was phenomenal - kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Less than 2km to the city centre, 20ish min walk.

Our host Polina was amazing!! Very friendly, great to chat to and gave us lots of local area information. Fantastic!! The property is traditional and well kept, the views from the balcony/terrace are great! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was traditional which we also loved. We enjoyed some of Polina’s home made Chacha, which was very kind and generous! There wasn’t anything! Great stay. We booked this with the knowledge it’s a 15min walk into town. If you don’t like walking then this is a good fact to know. But not a bad thing as it was quiet.

Exceptionally nice, attentive hosts, what made our stay! From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and accommodate any special requests with genuine warmth. all was great, thank you!

Owners are very welcoming and helpful. The room is excellent, and entire hotel is very cozy, lots of good spots to chill. Very good Russian-style breakfast. We were extremely pleased during our short stay.
