Temperature in the capsule rooms was too hot. It did have vents at least

Spacious room, location is close to main points of interest, quiet, washing machine in room, dish soap, water kettle, closet w/ hangers, fridge, clean, comfy beds. No one answered phone calls. Had trouble checking in because booking.com did not notify me of a message from the property, had to fill forms last minute once another guest explained to us how the check-in process worked. Cooking in room not possible.

Facilities weren't enough. For example there were no cups and when I asked for one they refused to give. Staff don't speak English and after booking they sent a form in Japanese to fill in and failing to fill it leads to not having access to your room because it is self check in hotel.

room 302 is not clean..the bath towel is dirty..infact when we artived at room 302 there is sock left by previous occupant..towel is wet and dirty..I emailed enzo property but there's no response..in room 201 only 1 plastick cup ..only ...the heater is not working....

The beds have seen better days. They were so creaky and hard as a rock. The room also didn't come with a tv or any kind of entertainment.The dryers are pretty weak and took a while to dry a small load.

The bed makes a noise when we sleep, and it is bothering us.

Great location, very convenient check-in/out procedure, free wash machine and cheap dryer. AC unit was extremely noisy, it felt like it will fall on me, could use some tightening, easy kine. Also wish there were some hangers for wet towels.

The check in procedure is easy and quick, online. Communication with the host via booking is efficient, he is very responsive. The price is affordable and this place is definitelly good value. The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and there is a robot vacuum cleaner in the room, which is very handy. I especially liked that there is a washing machine in the room and laundry detergent, which you can freely use. The driers are in the entrance hall which you pay for. There are few convenient stores nearby, and tourist attractions are easy to reach by public transport. I also loved that the room is quiet and I could sleep well. I would suggest putting some hangers and a plastic tray in the bathroom where one can put a toiletries bag and towels. Small investment yet it would make a huge difference. No further remarks.

Nothing, horrible, wrote everything below, only the location wasnt as bad as other things but still please Please do not come here, for your own good. BEWARE OF A SCAM, READ! Everything, so the first thing is really super sketchy hidden "cleaning fee" which is higher than the stay itself for two nights. 7000 yen to be specific, for a not even clean room, with one hidden wet towel behind a bed:D I dont know if it was a purpose or an accident, but it dont matter. The room may be okay with size for a one person but of course you are going to be there most likely with 3 other persons so 4 in total, which is unhinged. The bed itself is atrocious, extremely hard and stiff to sleep on. Also the bed squeaks and screeches tremendously, so of course other people are going to wake you up by an accident. Do not ever again do the same mistake as I did, rather pay more. Also the location is not something great, maybe not completely worst, but neither even okay. Oh PS: the pillows were like rock of course:D thin as paper, but I guess that is not surprising. Please do not come here, for your own good.

Main issue with the property is the check in procedure - No staff so if you're travelling from Tokyo there's no one who can take of your luggage until check in is available - strict rule of check in at 5pm. You can arrange to check in earlier at 1,000 yen per hour but you need to let them know prior otherwise you'll be waiting at the front of the building with your luggage until 5pm hits with check in instructions. Had I known about this earlier I would have arranged something but I wasnt told until I saw a sign at the door - flat beds, small pillow and made it very uncomfortable - No kitchen except for a microwave downstairs

Nothing - I cancelled my booking due to a 100% cleaning fee that was added to the final price on the day of my check in, and after 3 days of back and forth communication, they still decided to charge me for it - despite never even going; I submitted request for refund and stayed at another location. Terrible customer service. Make sure you double check the price and conditions or you might get scammed like I did. I booked 2 nights for about 6,000 yen. On the day of my check in, I was notified I need to pay 12,000+; apparently, a 100% (6,000 yen) cleaning fee had been added to the final price. I requested cancellation and refund as soon as I noticed, and thought the owners would understand the misunderstanding and accept. But no, they decided to still charge me for it, despite not even going; I ended up staying at another location, which I had to arrange on the same day. Terrible, greedy customer service. I regard this as a scam - advertising one price to mislead you, then adding a huge fee that in this case doubled the cost. Worst treatment I have ever experienced by a hostel.

Location is nice in very quiet neighbourhood. There are a lot of small restaurants and shops around. There is smoking area in the hotel. Rooms are very large.
