Kabin Kyoto has blended cultural values while providing top notch modern facilities, including a self-service laundry room in each floor (a special plus for me as I traveled all across Japan with just a carry-on and a book bag). Excellent! N/A

We stayed one week three people in one room and it was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I mentioned the beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy and they set up mattress toppers and new pillows for the rest of our stay. We used the gym in their sister hotel a 2 min walk away every day. They really have thought of everything. They alerted us that We had left some things behind in our room and shipped it out to our next hotel in Tokyo. Such a friendly and welcoming communal space. A welcomed treat upon arriving in such a foreign country. I’ve rarely felt so well accommodated. Nothing. Any complaints were remedied quickly.

Very cozy and staff was very helpful! The battery on my lock was low however the staff helped me fix it as soon as I mentioned it.

Not often do you find such a great value hotel in a perfect location. The staff were always friendly and engaging, the rooms were well fitted out with quality furnishings and fittings, comfortable beds, lovely common areas and cheap guest laundries on most floors. Additionally, the room size was large for Japan and very quiet. I have already recommended KABIN KYOTO to friends at home. Couldn't fault anything

The staff went above and beyond in making you feel welcomed. The hotel was modern and stylish The pillows, and not having a microwave in room or common area to use.

Staff, location and design was great. Unpretentious and casual. Loved the onsite laundry machines. The mattress was too hard for my bad back (it’s a challenge at many hotels in Asia). I asked the front desk if they might be able to provide a mat to soften the top. They delivered it to my room and installed it on the bed I was sleeping it. It made a HUGE difference and I am incredibly grateful for that. Wish the cafe had a few more light breakfast choices like maybe some pastries.

The staff was super friendly! Loved that they had washers and dryers on every floor! Blaze at the bar was a lovely host! Will definitely stay here again! My only wish was that the TV could connect to streaming services, but it’s not important!

The staff members were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. I liked that there was a bar and breakfast available. The amenity cart was helpful, too! There could have been more laundry facilities available per floor. I watched one woman go from each floor looking for an available machine.

Location, spacious room, comfortable bed and bedsheets, clean and quiet road, bright. Cleaning only every 3 days, no gym, no free coffee at the lobby.

The breakfast was good but the choices were limited. The person utilizing the washing machine should time themselves to remove their clothes in order to be more respectful for the others.
