That it was in a perfect spot to go anywhere in Kyoto! The free guide to fushi inari was super cool! The aesthetic of the hotel is super unique too! I’d recommend anyone this hotel! 10/10 Only complaint was from my girlfriend, the lighting was bad for makeup.

The luggage storage machine (before check in) was very fun and futuristic! A little hot in the room. Their is an AC unit but it isn't strong.

The sheets had old dirt stains and they only clean up your room after the third night.

The decor of the hotel was whimsical, especially for young people. Location was great for getting around. Overall the place was very clean. Rooms could have been slightly roomier as it was a bit hard moving around with 3 people.

Good location, very close to nice river and cherry trees Sheets were not comfortable also one pillow, asked for more and the staff didn't have ones. It felt uncomfortable and cheap

7/11 being directly downstairs/connected to elevator Room was a traditional style, but uncomfortable bed.

Great location close to bus and subway lines. 7-11 is right out the front door. Easy kiosk checkin. Kiosk to store luggage was helpful as well. Currency exchange machine was very helpful. It's pretty self service on most things. I couldn't open the window but at least it had AC and heater. Other hotels I've stayed at did not have AC option. Dark carpet looked dirty

Really nice lounge to relax and functional area to eat. It was useful to have laundry machines. The staff was very friendly and were always ready to help everyone

Pillow was very uncomfortable and the staff are aware people dislike them but don’t do anything about it. Room temperature was either freezing or super hot there was no in between.

Right next to a bus stop, convenient store underneath, bike rental next door. Great atmosphere! Needed more shelf space for bathroom or bedroom

The bed sheets were awful. So much nylon, they feel like sleeping in a plastic bag. Please get new linens. Cotton!

So cute and hip! We especially enjoyed the lounge area in the lobby, a great area to hang out. The rooms were so cozy, and it was located next to plenty of restaurants.
