The location is very good and the staff is hospitable. The rooms are bigger than expected. The laundry machines are a bit on a pricier side but work well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

And the reception staff take additional money for 3 persons in one room at first and she responded the customer very rudely. If we explain we purchased for 3 persons in one room for all 18 people , and she check the booking and then refund money .

The laundry facilities. Free use of umbrellas. Relatively small so therefore quiet. Good takeaway next door. Near ish the subway and some cafes / bakeries. Staff were not at reception that often. Ground floor always smelled of smoke because of smoking room. Awful wifi - didn’t work at all for our whole stay. Shit pillows! No backup toilet roll, you have to ask for more.
