The location was in walking distance from main train station. Our stay was ver pleasant and overall we were happy with the hotel workers and reception. Hotel was old but good maintened so it was ok.

Excellent location near Kyoto Station, good food, and comfortable accommodations. Everything you need for a great stay in Kyoto. Loved the 360 view french restaurant.

Workout facility needs to be upgraded , free weights , weights etc .

Hotel is huge. Breakfast saloon is always too crowded and stressful. Needed to wait 5 min to get a coffee. Furniture in the room were old. Need renovation.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Convenient transfer shuttle bus driving regularly from the station to the hotel.

Bed was great, rooms are really soundproof so you can sleep well although the trains are passing just in front of the hotel. (But the shades on the windows are weak so you get woken up by light at sunrise.) Breakfast is really great, plenty of food choice. You have to pay to use the pool (first time on my life of 20+ years of travelling I experienced this) so we didn't use it. The bathroom is somewhat small. When you open the door, you almost touch the toilet.
