they helped me arrange my luggage to go to tokyo, i was grateful Garbage removal every day, we have a kitchen and needed the food waste to be removed. we did it ourselves which is fine but there is no where to leave the garbage so we took it to front desk with was not hygenic

The futon couch for our kids to sleep on was very uncomfortable (very hard to sleep on). I didn’t really realize we weren’t booking 4 beds, that wasn’t clear in the listing

The location is hard to beat. It is right in the busy and vibrant Gion area and also very convenient to other place by using buses I wish they offer regular breakfast services, for the price I paid I think they should

Staff were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and felt like home. Great guides for exploring the city. Although we didn't go on the free tours I thought that they were great offerings.

Such a very Cute hotel in Gion. We loved baking and having fresh bread in our room. They bought us beautiful tamari sushi. Look at the website -they have many activities and games in the lounge area. Many shops abound both sides of the street. We were amazed and happy. Staff was exceptional! We have nothing negative to say.

Great location in the heart of Gion, super convenient transportation, places to eat and walk all around. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious... loved this hotel! Nothing, it was the best hotel I've stayed in on this trip to Japan

Very comfortable accomodations, doing laundry was easy and right near transit and sites.

The room was so large and unique, and very quiet despite the busy neighborhood.

The staff is super nice and definitely have to check it out for the early tour. It is super nice to walk around with someone know the locations. The little kitchens in the room definitely a bonus for us since we have a little one. Nothing.

The staff was sincerely helpful. The room was practical and perfect for our needs. The location was wonderful, with a variety of shopping close by and a wonderful shrine and park essentially across the street. This hotel was perfect for our first stay in Kyoto! Nothing
