Rooms are always clean. The hotel is close to the beach (walking distance).

The manager was super considering the room had recently been re-done.

Front office and lobby smelt terrible. The staff seemed annoyed if you asked any questions.

Pool was nice and room was comfy. Breakfast dining area was being renovated so breakfast was in the lobby with outside seating. Not bad but not great.

The staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations and was kind. The rooms were clean. Would like to see softer towels but they were readily available upon arrival.

We reserved a room for 6, but it only slept 5. So we had to find additional accommodations as they did not have a roll away bed. They told us to buy an air mattress.

There was a shelf in the room right by the bathroom sticking out! Our 2 year old twins hit their head on it 4 times!

Our stay in this hotel was very good. Only one issue with the window unexpecting fell out. However the Staff was GREAT!. Hunter handled the situation GREAT. His professionalism and quick thinking resolved the situation. Also the GM Ralieh(sp) was great as well.

The room it was bigger than we expect, it was clean, we had a good experience with it. The staff was very attentive and helpful from reception onwards, We enjoyed the pool and the hotel's location is superb; it's close to the beach and there are restaurant options nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Everything you would want to see is less than a 20 minute drive. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was great and it probably had the best hotel breakfast.
