Scripps Inn La Jolla Cove

Would stay again in a heartbeat! Staff were wonderful. Views were unbeatable. Within walking distance to parks, restaurants, stores and multiple beaches.

Staff was great and tried their best and location was great but cleaning was terrible pink & black mold in bathrooms on tub tiles and floors. Missing grout. Rusty hinges on doors and windows. Dirt in windows. Screen broken. Furniture in reasonable condition. Bed was hard as a rock! Hot water was out for a whole day and AC was broken the whole 3 night stay! Maintenance guy couldn’t fix it. AC guy couldn’t come for over a week! Sadly a bad experience

So cozy and includes a kitchen with stover and microwave. The porch is perfect for drinking coffee and looking out at the ocean. Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay at the Scripps Inn. Everyone was nice and helpful. We loved being so close to the beach. It was beautiful. They only problem is that it could be a bit noisy. Our room faced the ocean, which as amazing. We could hear the water at night, but we could also hear cars and delivery trucks late at night and early in the morning. For the location, view, cleanliness and customer service, we would stay here again.

Great location !!

Scripps inn was a rare fine for us being strategically located across from the beach was a plus. The staff greeted us very warmly and professionally and upgraded our room upon our arrival. Our two bedroom suite felt like a little apartment. It was very cozy and nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean outside the bedroom and living room windows are only regret that was that we stayed there only one night because that’s all we could afford but Scripps Inn made our 12th anniversary very memorable

Great, great location! Beautiful La Jolla. Across the street from the scenic coast, fabulous nature and sea life. Romantic sunset views. Friendly, helpful staff and parking on site. We stayed on the first floor and we could hear the family with kiddos above us.

We had an absolutely amazing overnight. Stay at the Scripps Inn. I would highly recommend it and hope to get a chance to be there again someday!

Very charming inn and the view was unbeatable

The property small, cute and quiet. Perfect ocean view from every suit. Perfect location away from hassle&bassle of very busy park, at the same time it’s less than 10 minutes walk. We stayed in 2 bedrooms suit, clean and very comfortable. And what is very convenient it has kitchenette. So coffee and breakfast at your fingertips. Definitely will stay there in a future.

The location was great. The property has plenty of parking spots. Having amenities such as coffee and microwave was a big plus. The communication regarding after hours check in should be clearer but other than that no issues.

Loved our stay, hotel was nice overall. Air conditioning worked intermittently. Views of beach, breathtaking.

The view was beautiful The Beds are extremely uncomfortable time to make an upgrade on the mattress . There is no Fan in the bathroom and it’s very uncomfortable to shower with that curtain and it’s extremely slippery inside that bath tub . Before leaving we saw a roach in the corner dining table
