Beautiful and small boutique hotel, which made you feel like you’re staying in a luxury home in a proper neighbourhood

Atemporal is a luxury boutique hotel that has been converted from a private villa, offering six unique rooms for their guests. It is located in a prestigious neighbourhood, just a short walk away from Miraflores and San Isidro districts. The hotel offers a well balanced and tasty breakfast (warm + cold options available). The staff is super friendly and helpful both on topics related to your stay at the facility, but also offer insightful recommendations regarding Lima. Sound isolation between some rooms is slightly on the light side.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Miraflores that feels like home! The staff is super nice and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast served in the beautiful small courtyard.

Ideal to explore the city, great breakfast. Pantry a plus. We worked one morning and WiFi/lay-out of the property was perfect for that (started in their garden/terrace, then moved upstairs to the common lounge). It felt like home.

Love the homely feel. There is a communal kitchen and honesty bar where you can help yourself to food and beverages. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! Room on the ground floor faced the breakfast area so was a little noisy in the morning.

Every little detail is carefully thought out. From the decor to the background music in the lobby and the courtyard. The little wrapped gift on the bed. The honesty bar, the courtyard and the magnificent breakfast. The staff are incredible, kind and attentive. An absolute gem that I cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and decorations, comfortable beds. Unique building and a complimentary cakes and snacks and drinks for guests. Amazing breakfast and beautiful crockery. Hot water wasn’t hot at peak times when all rooms were showering simultaneously. It was fine at non peak times.

This was one of my favorite accommodations anywhere, ever. The property is stunning, the rooms wonderfully decorated. The staff are warm and receptive. The breakfast was decadent. And the bed - I wish I could transport it home with me! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. Don’t miss out!

Beautiful house, not many rooms, decorated with care and taste, available staff, delicious breakfast in the lovely garden, tea and snacks available at all times. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and a nice way to start our day exploring Lima. The entire hotel was well-designed and curated down to the details of the teacups. I appreciated the selection of books, especially the art books. We opted for the shuttle to Lima airport and our driver was prompt, professional, and listened to New Wave. It was nice the hotel offered this as an option to and from the hotel The hotel is also extremely clean and the bath towels were marvelous and the bed was comfortable. We couldn't get hot water to the shower. We stayed 2 days and out of the 4 showers we took total, only one time were we able to get hot water. Then it was either just warm or cool. They have an honest bar, where you mark down what you take and pay accordingly. My husband went to pay the woman in the lobby for one glass of wine and a beer and she requested USD instead of Peruvian soles, even though the menu listed soles, not USD. He did not have any USD on him at the time. She also asked my husband for payment for the shuttle back to the airport ($40 USD she requested at that moment) even though I had pre-paid for the service and, at the time of pre-payment, it was $30. It seemed like an odd encounter since the hotel was not very busy and earlier I had confirmed the shuttle time with her, with no mention of payment, since I personally had prepaid for this service via PayPay. Perhaps she was just disorganized, but I was already in a heightened state of awareness as a traveler in Lima and I would like to trust that the hotel I am staying in is acting in good faith. My husband stated we had already paid, and fortunately, there was a Booking.com message trail plus a PayPal receipt. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, but I would probably not stay there again. We also came from Cusco, where we had one of the top hotel experiences, so that would be a difficult act to follow.
