The rooms (we had two) are only accessible by stairs so it might be an issue if you have mobility issues (that's not our case) but might be worth it to ask for a ground floor room if this is your situation.

Good location, near the coastal walkway. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff.

Perfect location to walk through Miraflores or Barranco (35 mins walk). Secure - key pad to enter building after hours. Extra large king bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Little table with yogurt, granola, bread, coffee, etc. Then they made waffles with fruit, eggs to your liking, whatever you wanted. Pleasantly surprised. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel has a good location and good security. I had to change rooms as mine faced directly onto a noisy street. I stayed there in February and aircon is essential so check with the property that your allocated room has air conditioning, not all rooms are thus equiped. Very cramped communal areas, there was really nowhere to sit and relax.
