For me the staff were so friendly, especially the front desk staff. I believe her name is Dione, she was an amazing welcome to the hotel. Kick started my stay in a really good way. I loved the cleanliness and the blackout mountains that actually really blacked out the room. Maybe for a restful night Wifi was a bit slow by today's standard of connectivity. And perhaps the bed was a bit ...firm

Wonderful hotel and a great area close to the centre even on foot. Very clean tidy rooms, good breakfast had anything we needed. Stuff were really friendly. We were really pleased with everything and happy we stayed there.

Exceptional stay in Lisbon! Cleanliness is the most important factor for me when traveling, and my room was absolutely spotless. The housekeeping team did an incredible job every single day with thorough cleaning and fresh towels. The front desk staff and entire team were simply the best- so welcoming, professional, and helpful. On top of that, the hotel is in a fantastic, central location, making it easy to get around the city. Thank you to everyone at TURIM Marquês Hotel for making my Lisbon trip so comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything it was good except the internet it was very slow, I hope in future they will have to take a look this small problem. Everything, the staff vas very friendly the service it was very good, we enjoyed our stay in the Turin marquês.
