The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which was not disclosed prior to arrival. The pre-booked breakfast was not available either since the restaurant is closed, and this was not disclosed either.

Very clean, location was excellent and the staff very helpful. I was a bit unwell and they helped as much as they could.

The location for central London is perfect. A short walk from Holborn station means you are a short tube or walk from Covent Garden or the West End and theatres There was no breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, a coffee machine with coffee pods, and a bathroom stocked with a variety of shampoo and soap products. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was cleaned every day. One of the highlights was the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water available in the lobby 24/7, which was especially appreciated since bottled water in London can be quite expensive. The location was perfect—quiet enough for a good night’s sleep while still being within walking distance of the city centre and many shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even arrived an hour and a half before check-in, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early, which we really appreciated. the third bed (sofa bed) could be better.

I requested a microwave for the accessible room (staying 5 nights) and staff very kindly agreed The bed was really… too bouncy for 2 people - hard to settle down when feeling every toss and turn.

The location was close to major transit stops. There were several pubs and cafes within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the lobby where tea and coffee was available 24 hours. I would stay there again. The hotel was undergoing major construction which made our stay very noisy. There were no food options within the hotel- only tea and coffee. It's possible the construction was building a restaurant.

Hotel so close to the tube. Quiet location. Couple of USB ports in room didn't work but it wasnt a major issue. Nice room. Just a base for the night. Handy near the tube. Clean and tidy.

Close to Covent Garden Staff very unfriendly and not helpful. We paid for breakfast which was not available. The hotel was refurbishing the restaurant but didn’t tell their customers

Location was great! Near a supermarket n tube station. Park in front was beautiful n peacefull. Only issue was the restaurant was being remodeled n they gave us gift cards for a coffee shop near by. Id stay here again.
