Peckham Room Hotel by Belvilla

Inever went there!! I was informed that I would receive check in instructions and entry codes prior to my stay. I never received any of these. I texted the property multiple times and never received a response. I also spoke with a customer service representative who said they would look into my situation and get back to me I never heard back, so I booked a room somewhere else. Ipaid in full ahead of time and this was the service that I received. I expect a full refund and will be contacting my credit card company to have them help me get it.

location in peckham. cleanliness could have been better. room only cleaned every 3 days. Mould in shower ceiling. Breakfast very basic.

Very dirty. I booked last minute so I paid the price but for that amount I would at least expect them to clean the room. You can also hear everyone in next rooms

It had a full mirror in the room, private bathroom, T.V. and air conditioning Water in the bathroom could be a little warmer than the maximum currently available.

Peckham is a nice and vibrant neighborhood. We really enjoyed browsing around Peckham. The staff was always friendly The room is small. The sink is way too small, it was hard to wash your face without spilling water everywhere.

The staff were very helpful, they allowed me to check out late at no extra charge and offered to store my luggage for me so I could explore Peckham before my flight. The room itself was very comfortable and clean and nicely done and the wifi connection was great! Location is also amazing! Good black out blinds! The bed could have been a bit softer but having said that I had a great night's sleep here.

Shibin, the reception was extremely nice and helped me when I had problems with my booking email confirmation and PIN code. The work didn’t seem an issue to him and he completely understood the misinformation on my part and professionally reacted in a good sincere way. Nigh trafic is sometimes crazy

We had a nice room with comfy beds and a functional, well-designed bathroom. The location was fine, with many shops and food places closeby, and transport was great once we figured out that there's a train station closeby. We visited during a heat wave, and our room didn't have air conditioning and the windows didn't open wide - typical british design. Luckily, there was a powerful fan in the room, otherwise it would have been impossible to stay.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to Lidl, Morrison, and many halal restaurants. Public transportation is super convenient with a nearby bus stop. The staff were friendly and very approachable. Overall, great value for money! What I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t clean upon arrival, but one of the staff members was helpful and did his best to clean it properly afterward. The WiFi signal was quite poor, and the walls are not well soundproofed—you can easily hear people walking outside and opening their doors.

Clean and nicely decorated- it’s a cute hotel Everything worked well and check in was easy. A kettle and teas in the room would have been a great extra.

Room was very noisy, woke up to bites on legs from bed

The staff I interacted with were really friendly. The room has a good sized bed and a waterfall shower in the ensuite. The aircon worked great. Was really happy with the value for this room.

Nice comfy bed, very pleasant man on reception. Quite noisy overnight with a lot of traffic and sirens going all night but I would stay again and bring ear plugs ?
