Good value, aircon, clean and comfortable No lift, but on our departure we were helped with our heavy suitcase down the stairs which was extremely helpful and unexpected.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable that I've ever stayed in. The sink being in the room was a little strange and not having a kettle and some coffee.

Easy to find and access with all access codes sent to me before hand, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent. Very thin walls, the front door to the property was often open (problematic to me when few staff around), the floors were dusty (whenever my clothing touched the floor the dust was evident), and the name is misleading…it’s in Peckham, not close to London Bridge.

It’s ok if you want cheap and for a few days Checked in and the room was not cleaned yet from the last person, I complained in shock and they said they made a mistake and my room was another room - they put me in the family Room at the back I told them also on arrival I wanted late check out 1pm believing they would note this down but when it was time to check out - they knocked on my door at 11am to tell us to leave and I screamed ‘I organised late check out with you’ as I was upset they disturbed us when I told them on arrival at Check in i planned to have late check out. The place is half clean with dust and we found someone elses rubbish under bed . The shower was cold, no hot water for some reason -
