The room was cosy but also refurbished / clean with nice shower room. I really appreciated the charging points in the wall ! Scruffy landing

Compact but clean and very accessible to Paddington station, staff were helpful Stairs, basement room, but we knew this beforehand

Location was good Really run down, shabby, bit dusty, lumpy bed, poor lock on door, noisy, tiny sink, cramped bathroom, no lift, dark and dingy stair well with brown old carpet coming away from the sides of the stairs. for the money it was terrible. So glad it was only one night.

Great location. Clean room but quite tight for space. Staff were really nice and always available if we needed help with something. Room was quite small but to be expected for central london i guess

The staff member who helped me with the case was extremely nice. The hotel was very clean. The room was cozy (not small by London standards) and I liked the decor. Very quirky. There is no lift, but it is not like they advertise one. So that's on me. I was not very impressed with the £25 preauthorisation... Let's hope they refund it. Other guests were extremely noisy after 22:00 and since there's no phone in the room I could not call to inform them

Location Despite requesting, a lower floor roomand receiving confirmation that one had been allocated to us, we were given a room on the 4th floor ( no lift) We explained it wasn't suitable and were then given a room in the basement, which was very dark.

Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Excellent location, moments from Paddington station. I was on the 4th floor and there were a LOT of stairs!

Location is great, just next to Paddington train station. Value for money is one of the best in London. Man, this place has to elevator, ready to walk up and down some stairs! But ok, is doable!
