Location Could have been cleaner

Dirty room. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room that made it hard to breathe.

Fabulous location, leafy, fairly quiet street for London! Close to everything! Lift was very handy, lovely breakfast, lovely staff. Television even had Netflix! Comfy bed and fan! I would upgrade to a higher than standard room next time, but it was fine!

Stayed here before location brilliant. Underground nearby and train station. Shops restaurants pubs all immediately within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Close to the Tube and a variety of restaurants. No air conditioning apart from a plug in fan.

Great location easy walk from Paddington

Very good location for Paddington train station. Sadly no Aircon so a wee bit uncomfortable with the heat. But a fan did ease the discomfort.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are tiny with no room for large bags and yourself. Ideal for sleeping only. Bathrooms have been recently upgraded and good. No air con in rooms makes for very hot nights in summer.

The location, on walking distance from Paddington and Hyde Park is excellent. The personnel is kind and helpful. As expected from earlier reviews, the room was not of high quality. The most disappointing was that the sliding window could online be get into motion by two strong people, one fastly placing a roll of toilet paper to keep it at least somewhat open. Furthermore, there was only little place to put your personal things, even if traveling with only a cabin bag (i.e., less than trolley size).

All front desk and cleaning staff were helpful. Location was very good. On our first night we were given a very tiny room. There was a small window which didn't let in any air and it was extremly hot. They moved us to a slightly larger room for the next 2 nights with windows but there was a brick wall outside the only window that opened. The shower had cockroaches crawling around most mornings- not sure if this was due to the heat wave. We didn't realize it would be so hot and we should've booked a larger room with air conditioning.

It was close to Paddington Station. Super hot in the room, and the toilet/bathroom is the tiniest! Could not change clothes in there because it’s so tight. The shower almost didn’t shower, really hard to wash ur hair properly. Also u could not close the bathroom door all the way.

The hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Special shout out to Khavan for providing us with the best room! He ensured our health and provided special accommodation with older people as guests... Given London going through such a heat wave we were very comfortable in our room. The location is absolutely perfect. A couple of minutes walk to the station. Has a lot of options for food. The rooms were really clean and we enjoyed our stay... Highly recommended this place for people planning a trip to London.
