The size of room is not acceptable. There is no enough room for luggage.. we can not stand with my wife at the same time.. so narrow.. there is no any shelf in bathroom.. since there is not any place . Shower is very very narrow.

Close to King's crossing. Our experience was quite horrible. We had room 003 which is located in the basement. That alone was a shock, because the hotel doesn't have a lift. So you need to drag two 20kgs baggage down the narrow steps. The room is small, but it's understandable in London. We arrived to our room quite late, maybe at 8 pm and we immediately noticed that the door is open as well as the window. Fan in the bathroom was blasting too. That's why we didn't notice the horrible smell at first. We closed the window, door and turned off the bathroom fan. Then we woke up in the middle of the night and immediately smell of a septic hit us. It was almost unbreathable in the room. All of us were coughing. So we opened the window to get some fresh air, but the night is quite cold, so that's not a long term solution. Carpets in the room could also use a thorough cleaning, but maybe it was just the sewage smell embedded deep in the carpet. As a bonus, the room is directly underneath the reception, so you'll hear every late returning customer, every drag of a baggage, every curse, door slam and other disturbances. In the bathroom there were 3 air refreshers (all of them empty) around the toilet, so it's not like the owners have no idea about the horrible smell. From the photos you can see that the work around the pipes is sloppy to say the least. Breakfast is directly in the area of the reception and the space is tight, but it's manageable. Also beds are quite comfy, is you bring your own oxygen mask. Avoid this hotel or at least room 003! This room shouldn't be offered to any paying customer, it's borderline a toxic hazard.

Very clean and very close to both kings cross station and st pancras station, they have provided a fan which was good because we visited in the middle of London heat wave. My only issue was the very small room and having the sink inside the room.

We purchased breakfast during our stay as needed and it was a good breakfast with eggs, yogurt, bread, and cereal. It was extra nice to have the fresh fruit with meals Our 2nd room faced East and was VERY hot, even with the fan. The primary room for my husband and I faced West and we had a nice evening breeze and it cooled down nicely.
