Decent location There are no lifts in the hotel. The stairs are very narrow and steep. Some of the bannister uprights are missing. The beds were so old that the support was gone. The noise from outside was very loud at all times of the night. The rooms are very tired.

it was very basic, i felt a bit scared not safe and secure, the door to my room was open when we got there, the curtains didnt do anything

Location only Super tiny rooms. Hear everything going on next rooms. Not suitable for guest with walking impairment. Not cleaned daily and not even bathrooms

Good location, clean and convenient rooms. The staff was polite, especially the guy name was Selim. Nothing

The beds were very comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful and the location suited our needs perfectly. There were 2 double beds squeezed into a room that didn't really have the capacity for them, sacrificing space that might better have been used for other furniture, such as some drawers to unpack into and somewhere to store luggage etc. The shower didn't drain properly despite the hotel staff bringing a plumber to look at it. Due to being in the basement, they were running a dehumidifier which made the air incredibly dry, even after turning it off.

Comfy beds, nice clean bed linen. Conveniently close to Paddington Station - only 6 or 7 minutes walk. Fan provided which was invaluable in the intense heat on the top floor. No plug in wash basin and receptionist couldn't provide one, so difficult to wash and especially to shave. Hot water tap was jammed off so couldn't be used! Therefore washed and shaved in cold water! Electric kettle leaked water on floor, wetting my basket under the table. Dangerous! I put the kettle in the bin. Only one mug and spoon in a twin room, so I had to go down (and back up again) 54 steps ie 3 floors to get another mug!

Liked the location! 10 minute walk from hyde park. Also 5 minute walk from Paddington Station Shower door was broken!

The location was perfect. Close to tube and easy to find options. Rooms are small but ok. It was clean. Small rooms. There was a fan but it was hot and airless a little bit.
