Good location Pictures are misleading. My room was extremely small. It felt like a capsule hotel.

The location was perfect since it's not far from St. Pancras station and West-End. It was also nice of them to provide breakfast. The room wasn't equipped with AC so it was not the best, especially since it's summer time. They provided a fan but due to the noise, I didn't really like it. I aided to open the window but the mosquitos are killers. Another thing was that I was placed in the room in the basement in front of the breakfast room and thus, it was really noisy in the morning when the staff was preparing breakfast (because they kept talking) and also from the guests during breakfast time. One of the staff at the receptionist was not very friendly when I asked about AC.

Its location is brilliant. The rooms are small so if you’re much taller than 6ft and in a single bed room, you can’t straighten your legs fully in bed.

Great location—Soho and Trafalgar Square are in walking distance, as are tube stations and St Pancras train station. The hotel itself was in a quiet location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of healthy options.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I was expecting a tiny room but was quite pleased that the single room was a little more spacious than expecting (small but adequate). The garden was also an added bonus. Excellent quiet location Having to carry my case up multiple flights of stairs. Note to self, next time request a ground floor if lugging a large suitcase.

Ideal location for planned activities. Very small room, air-con didn’t work, meaning window had to be left open on busy street. Breakfast was very basic and had a carry-on with stay being cancelled for a missed check-in despite being in the room at the time.

Super nice and helpful staff. Karl and Adam. 5 stars For 3 our room was little small. But all clean and practical. Breakfast room is small.

Location is great as long as you like to walk Tube isn’t far either Lovely room Top floor no lift which was fine for me Was quiet except for a noisy neighbour! Breakfast was fine - continental buffet I’d def stay again The shower in my room didn’t drain well But i told reception and he made a note to sort Other than that I can’t fault it

It was a terrible room. It smelled really bad, the air conditioner wasn't working, it was hot, the bathroom was very small, and we didn't even have a wardrobe. The view from the window was of a basement that smelled awful, so we couldn't even open the window.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable beds. I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room and some complimentary water on arrival.

Exceptional

Nothing much. The room was ridiculously tiny! A room you couldn't swing a hamster in (no hamsters were harmed in this analogy). I led in bed and touched one wall with my head and the end wall with my feet. The side walls I could touch without outstretched arms and I can open the bathroom door from the bed. It's smaller than Harry Potter's cupboard under the stairs. I felt like Gulliver in Lilliput! Barely slept at all because everytime I moved I hit a wall. There were no surfaces to put anything on, no room for a chair or table - making a cup of tea was a challenge and had to sit either high on a small shelf, the floor or the bed.. You had to turn sideways to get on to the toilet and into the shower.

Location is great - twenty minute walk to the theatres and restaurants - 15 minute walk to Euston station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice for a nice continental breakfast. Lovely walk in shower. Hotel has kerb appeal. Great communication from hotel. Our room was on the lower ground floor. It was dark and claustrophobic. We didn't sleep well - the extra bed had a mattress with the springs coming through.

The location is great. Just around West End and University campus. Security was good. Room was tiny, super hot (they provided a cheap desk fan which was not much help), the room was not particularly clean either.
