Not much. It was a big disappointment. Expected more from the pictures on Booking.com. Property and rooms need upgrading.

Room was a good size and comfortable Great location Generally, good and friendly service Invoice provided at the end of our stay has highlighted a 12.5% service charge was applied when buying drinks at the bar. I was not asked if this was OK, but the hotel has chosen to unilaterally apply. This is a disgrace and frankly, has soured my opinion of thd hotel. Room servicing at 3pm in the afternoon! I politely declined given we were using the room

The room, although quite dated and in need of a fresh coat of paint, was spacious and pretty comfortable The breakfast was supposed to be included per the booking.com listing. But we were charged extra and the breakfast quality wasn't great for the extra charge. Also there seems to be a £5 or so extra charge on the room which neither of us recognise; it can't be the minibar as there was no minibar in the room. I won't bother callling them but it seems convoluted. It's not a lot but it's my money and any extra charge should have been agreed. Fair to say we'll not be returning.

Location was good for what we needed. Was told we got upgraded to a junior suit because they were busy however we paid for a room with a view and the junior suit was in the basement. Not a good view and in fact no view of anything. All the cupboards were bent and didn’t shut properly and for a booking for 2 we had 1 coke and 1 Diet Coke and 1 Kit Kat to share from the mini bar that we still also had to pay for. Not great

There was a lot of choices of breakfast foods, everything was tasty too and we had enough time to eat without being rushed. All happy!

Staff lovely and polite, put out some Macarons, complimentary drink voucher as well as baloons and towel swans on our bed as it was our anniversary stay. Very clean facilities, breakfast great. Nothing

Great location to Shaftesbury Theatre which is where we were going to. Comfortable bed and air con in room. Slippers, robes ans towels were provided. We were on the floor -1 so although we had a patio door, it was underground so no daylight came through. We didn’t mind for 1 night but some might.

Easy walk from Euston station (20 mins) great location to attractions. A lot of places are walkable which is good as you can see more of London. Arrival cookies are lovely, had oat this time, do prefer the chocolate ones Nice that you can leave your bags in the hotel on checkout N/A

Location was good and everyone was very kind and helpful. The layout of The room was odd and the bathtub was very high. Shouldn’t have to ask for wash cloths.
