The beds were really comfortable and the location was incredibly convenient for catching the train to Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful - we were even upgraded, and they kindly stored our luggage after checkout. A great stay!

Staff were pleasant Room was incredibly small, much smaller than I was led to believe. Very hot. Only one electrical outlet, so you had to choose between charging your phone or using a fan. Window would not close.

Good transport connections to central London There were hairs on my pillow. The bathroom door did not locked properly (we needed to put a chair behind the door). Reported the issues to reception and although a member came after another reminder the next day we were already about to leave. I was disappointed that the issue could not be resolved during our stay. The breakfast as ok, but the breakfast area lacked welcoming atmosphere.

Location and the facilities are nice and comfortable. There’s no AC so I had to open the windows if it’s so hot. Unfortunately there are other guests chatting until 2am and the noise coming from open windows. That struggled me sleeping

Good location, very close to Camden Market and nearby buses or underground stations. We stayed for a short time and were in the building only to sleep. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, really nice shower ! We were on the lower grounds so we heard the metro a bit at night… Our window was on ground floor as well so not very secure to leave open at night.

Room (at front of property, mature trees outside, east-facing so relatively cool in very hot weather): location (close to major rail terminals, local facilities, underground, Russell Square: breakfast The weather - far too hot - but that isn't the hotel's fault!
