Location was fantastic for walking through central London. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again as we arrived early, an earlier check in would have been really appreciated, as we had to walk around London for 6 hours before we could check in and shower.

The location was amazing. Only a 20 minute walk from Euston station, 45 mins to Camden market and 15 mins away from Oxford street. It was a very clean and safe feeling location. We also got the tube to Wembley and this was easy enough to get to from the hotel. It was clean and the check in and check out process was easy and quick. Staff were also friendly. It felt a little outdated but that doesn’t matter much to me. Location and cleanliness is the main thing I look for in a property.

The water pressure was great and the location was good for what we needed There was a mess up with my reservation due to someone being place in my assigned room which lost my reservation in the system which meant they were unable to see my booking at all , I didnt appreciate that I only know this information because I overheard the receptionists talking, nothing was explained to me and there was no compensation offered for their mess up

Close to Covent Garden and st. pancreas station Bed was a little uncomfortable
-
Everything was exceptional size of room bathroom location etc Mattress was far too hard was like sleeping on concrete for the price paid breakfast should have been included apart from that it was a first class property and I would return again.
-
Very spacious 3 large windows nice compact kitchen area plenty of drawers and good size wardrobe Nothing at all
-
I left the hotel as soon as I got there because the facilities were not fit for humans. Air conditioning is a must in these times. It is not ok for a hotel in this modern age to be without it. Add to that windows that you aren’t able yo open!

Cortinas rotas, pie de cama con hoyos, se veía el box, sudas cama rotos, cojines hundidos, alfombra ya en muy malas condiciones, en general muy viejo.
-
Location and breakfast where good, bit of confusion as to what hotel we where in when we arrived, finally got there at the third attempt! Tv was a bit small, and lift wasn’t working!
-
It was clean and central The bathroom was old, had a lot of water/ damp stains, the water temperate wasn’t controllable, no air conditioning
-
Location was good for a short break including theatre visit No cold water in the room. The cold water tap ran hot. We visited during heatwave and this made showers uncomfortable as water was extremely hot. Had to buy bottled water to clean teeth and use for kettle. Staff said maintenance would investigate but it did not happen. No air con in room fan provided. Room was very hot but not as hot as the cold water
-
Staff were great, easy access to everything and breakfast was lovely every day. Noise outside in the street most nights. Very hot room during heat wave and only a small fan.
-
The location was excellent The rooms are a bit dated, curtains are a bit threadbare, carpets old, no Aircon, mattress was uncomfortable and I got a rash on my feet, not sure if it was bed bugs or not,
