We had a suite, was extremely comfortable, great bed very comfy, was on floor 5 which was very quite, not disturbed at all. Breakfast was lovely, great friendly staff throughout the whole hotel. Nothing - all fabulous

The staff was exceptional and we felt spoiled all the way through our stay! The warm welcoming, the free upgrade to an incredible suite, the comfort and best location.

Unexpected overnight stay due to travel problems. Very comfortable room. I wish I had time to experience the rest of the hotel. Left very early in morning so did not get chance for breakfast. Nothing to say

I travel frequently and have stayed in countless hotels across many countries, but I can confidently say that Hotel Cafe Royal is the best hotel I have ever experienced. The staff are exceptionally professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making every aspect of the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The location is also outstanding, providing easy access to everything London has to offer. If I were to visit London a hundred more times, I would choose Hotel Cafe Royal every single time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in London. Nothing

The hotel is beautiful, in an amazing and highly convenient location (right beside Piccadilly Circus) The rooms are spacious, which is unusual in a city centre. Love the complementary airport pick-up service as well as the availability of a Bentley for guests who need to be dropped off somewhere within a 2 mile radius. There were a few issues which we would not have expected for a 5* hotel: 1) The first day, we left early in the morning and returned late in the afternoon and discovered the room had not been cleaned. We learnt afterwards that we needed to press a button and request that the room is cleaned. 2) The shower-head clearly needed to be cleaned, probably limescale as the water was pouring in every direction. We reported this but the issue was not resolved. 3) We had 2 rooms and when paying the bill an "optional" 15% service charge was added, per room, per night, resulting in an additional charge of approximately 400 pounds, which we discovered when we were about to pay the bill. This is not something we have experienced before and should be highlighted very clearly before requesting payment. If this is for the cleaners, again, this should be explained clearly (it was not).
