Location was good for night at The Palladium. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Also good shower the bathroom looked newly done. Comfortable bed and enough hanging and drawer space. We were locked out of room before we had left which was a bit annoying.

No lift at hotel, we were on the second floor, my daughter has arthritis throughout. No offer of help with bags. Would not give us any more than four of the tiny milk pots for three people- refused point blank, to give us any more!

Breakfast was buffet, basic but fine Room had no air. Extreme heat, just a fan which stirred stale hot air, could not open window at all. Room was unbearably stuffy and stale.

Great location to access all the major tourist points in London, it's only 2 tube stops to Leicester Square. Rooms were cabin style rooms, sufficient and did the job for a one night stay. There wasn't any I disliked, the room was very hot but we are in a heatwave and a fan was provided. There was one small side table that was overly cluttered with a tea tray/kettle and a lamp, if there was more of a medium sized tray you would have more space to put your belongings on.

The hotel has a very central location close to train and tube stations. The area was very quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The Cabin Room was very small but excellent value for money for one night. The continental breakfast had a good choice of cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheese, yogurt and pastries.

location is optimal some broken part in the bathroom could be fixed. Continental breakfast was kind of OK; it could have been richer, e.g., with more vegetables or fruit. The room is some 170 cm wide, so tiny that there is no room for the suitcase or any other belonging. The internal furniture is designed to serve as much as it can; still, it is a bit poor

Location was great as walking distance to Goodge St underground. Manager was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. Facilities were all clean. My single room and shower was tiny and hot!! Thank goodness they supplied a fan without having to ask for one but they made good use of the space considering the limitations. There was no one at the desk on check out. Directions to breakfast was not clear and it took some time for me to find someone who could help.
