Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection

The staff was nice and helpful. The tea kettle and cups were useful. The place was clean. The location and neighborhood were great. The room was small. The bed took up most of the space. It was difficult opening the suitcases and had to use the aisle space to do so. There was no plug in the bathroom to use the hairdryer.

The staff, without exception, were warm, friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived to check-out. Full marks. The property is perfectly located to explore central London. Everything was as expected. No complaints.

Wow factor from the minute we stepped in. Treated like special customers, made to feel very comfortable. Was offered tea coffee on arrival. La Terrazza restaurant, part of the hotel was also an Italian delight. Staff and management were so attentive to details, A pleasure to stay there. All good, no bad points, really, all good

Staff were very attentive friendly and helpful. The drinks were very expensive £18 for a glass of wine.

Fantastic hotel in Kensington at about 10 minute's distance to both Earl's Court and Gloucester underground stations. The rooms are not large but they are comfortable and clean. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best we had in all of our UK hotels with so many delicious choices. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Tanin in the dining area who made our daughter "THE BEST" hot chocolate she's ever had. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Xenia! London is an expensive city and this hotel stay was a splurge for us and totally worth it!

The staff, especially in the front desk and restaurant, were exceptional. When we return to London in a few months, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Xenia!

The hotel staff generally could not have been more helpful - my husband was in London to undergo major surgery and we had every assistance, cheerfully given, at every point of our stay. We have used the Autograph group hotels before and they have always been outstanding. Very small bathroom, dictated by the shape of the room but nonetheless minute!

We were welcomed warmly at check in, and got upgraded to Executive. The room was modern and clean, with a coffee machine and a large TV. Amazing shower and very central. On the pricy side (there are cheaper options within a 10 minite walk), but good for a special occasion. Nothing!

The staff made the experience memorable. It was our anniversary and they were so kind and made us feel very special. Our room was made up with balloons and petals and we got sent up dessert to wish us a happy anniversary .

The cleanliness of the location and the friendliness of the staff are important factors. The room size is very small make sure to choose the double bed as single bed is even smaller
