Very good

Nice hotel near King's Cross station. Very kind staff, always helpful. The room was small but big enough for two people on a city trip, it had everything we needed and it was clean. It was pretty warm in London and the room was warm too, but they provided fans which made it fine. Comfortable beds and the shower (and everything else) was clean. It would've been nice to be able to put some food or drinks in a little fridge.

Ideal location close to King’s Cross, staff were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival no issue when arrived a little early. Room spotless had everything needed for a short stay. Pillows were amazing. Nothing really can’t fault the hotel at all, was as described. Don’t let the no a/c put you off the shark fans were excellent.

Was a very hot day and they gave me a free water bottle. Shower was lovely. Bathroom was nice and clean. Had a nice fan for the heat also which was great with being up on the higher floor. Tv worked which was nice to just chill in the evening. Bed was slightly dirty but wasn’t the end of the world as I was able to just wipe it off and the good parts out way this anyway.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious, although the weather was extremely hot outside the fan provided was excellent and really helped. Totally understand that air-conditioning is n9t feasible in such a beautiful Georgian building. Plenty of water was provided in reception. The beds were very comfy. The location was perfect and the area was very quiet and peaceful. There wasn't enough storage in the bathroom or hooks but was fine for 1 night.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided in room, bathroom was perfectly decent. Staff were great and provided a good quality fan in room to deal with hot weather. The room was tight but for this price in this location it was expected. Ideal for solo traveller.

The property was everything it said it was. Habe used few hotels recently snd been disappointed with getting the correct room and getting into room. This hotel let us in really early and the room was as described. Staff really friendly and room was clean.

Close to Kings Cross station Property was perfect for us

We like the location being so close to St Pancras train station. The rooms were quite hot even with the fans, but with no air conditioning that is going to be the case in hot weather..

Room had everything you need. Kind staff. Perfect locations (close to st. Pancras train- en underground station) Room was very small. Felt like I was sleeping in a closet. Also, not that the hotel can do anything about it, but there was quite some noise from the square. Late at night it seems to be a place where people meet, play loud music and smoke weed.

It was in a great location close to train stations and town centre

The location is excellent! A few minute away from King's Cross train station. The staffs were very friendly and efficient. We were given free water all the time as the weather was very hot! I truly enjoyed my stay there! That was my second time in the hotel. I would recommend it!
