if you are looking for a hotel with easy access to all the popular sights in london, then this is for you. Great access to public transport, restaurants and a bed to sleep on at the end of the day. Not the place for relaxing stay of just resting in your hotel. The rooms are so small. The first rooms we had were small but ok but the second room was a very tight space. The toilet is just at the head of the bed , withing a very small space. I think this was designed for young people, visiting for fun and just a bed to sleep on. Expensive for the size of a room that is like a closet despite the location.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to be helpful if a need arose. They were amazing. The rooms were very clean. Although my room were very clean, it was also very small. As solo traveler staying for only 1 night, I had no issues with this. But for a longer stay, it would be uncomfortable over time. For the price I paid, the size was not great, however, the King’s Cross location is premium and just a short walk from the station so it does help balance.

Close to King’s Cross station and public transport bus right outside taking you to tower bridge We got a superior double , it was basic but only a couple of nights ideal for our needs

Good location Very noisy room, humming sound all night in the wall, when asking about it in reception was told it was security system which could not be switched off. Very difficult to sleep.

Position to kings Cross station. Unfortunately I was stuck in the lift for 20mins. Could not get staff as there was no phone in lift. In the morning when checking out, there was no apology, he said that I had broken the lift button. I was also but in the basement rooms which was at street level at a bus stop where all night revellers were. When I question why I was put down there when I had requested to be next to my colleague, he said because I had come later then I got the last one.

Great location Room was tiny - you can barely move around the bed. Feels like it was recently refurbished but errant hairs on the floor and when we arrived someone had clearly been watching TV on our bed! Otherwise bedding seemed clean and overall facilities matched the price, however, the room smelt very musty/mouldy when we arrived - probably too much air con and nowhere for the air to escape and the TV didn't work - went to reception to complain and request an alternative room, but was told it was fully booked - fair enough - so asked to email my complaint - which I did - back in my room and it was late. As soon as I sent the email, had a bounce back - email did not exist. Waited until check-out in the morning and was told to try a different email. Sent that and had no response. Booking.com customer services also not interested to reply.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet street Calling this a 4-star is really a stretch. Broken shower bar. No plug in the sink. No remote for the TV. Stained carpet. Creaky doors and floors. Very narrow hallways. Tiny elevator. No charm.
