Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park

Super cool place! It’s got a great vibe and is designed beautifully. Highly recommend for remote workers, digital nomad types, and travelers who want a relaxing feel for a better cost. Nothing - Small bed, but it’s okay.

Fitness and spa facilities. Quiete and not crowded. Small room without table and chair.

Listening room player was broken during our stay so we couldn't enjoy it :(

I had an issue when I first checked in with my room and I was moved to another room without fuss.

The location is good. Five minute walk from station. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were nice to use but had a bad smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room did not match what we paid. And a couple of people at reception were rude when we mentioned our concern.

Convenient and feel comfort as if living there locally. There is a small kitchenette. The concierge and staff are friendly. Not enough accommodation like standard hotels, no room cleaning service.

Lots of amenities and close to train station No full length mirrors in the room and wayyyy to many doors/security checks.

It was pricey for the size of the space and some of the amenities

The spa and common areas were top notch!

Hotel was amazing! Location was so lovely and staff was so nice and accommodating.

Curtains and blinds let light in, bad sound pricing into the corridor, no secondary interior chain on door. Breakfast not included.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The sauna, swimming pool, and shared areas in the 10th floor were excellent! The room was small, there’s no much space to access the window and one side of the bedroom but it was acceptable. It’s not a big problem.

A special thank you to Lilia and Monica, who made a big difference during my stay. You can tell they actually care, and that’s rare. Everything about the experience was just… easy, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Would come back without thinking twice.

Mason and Fifth, Westbourne Park is absolutely beautiful, it's like a home away from home, so peaceful, with stunning decor, we had a lovely relaxing stay. The best place we've ever stayed in London and we will definitely be returning. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The additional facilities all included with your stay are exceptional, including the pool and spa areas which are so quiet and well looked after. We never had a chance to use the listening lounge or the cinema room, again all included in your stay, but we will do when we return! The buffett breakfast was delicious, really fresh pastries, fruit, yogurts, toast, meats and cheeses and great coffee and juices, and for all dietary requirements which was excellent. A really chilled vibe to the place, we felt very comfortable and were sad to leave!

The acoustics weren’t good, you could hear your neighbours, unfortunately. The heating was limited to max 23 Celsius degrees and it was chilly.

I'd like a king-size bed over a double bed. The room was a wee bit small but really well equipped
