Mostly the staff are very very friendly, the location more than good The elevator is slow and the rooms bit small

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was pleasant surprise. Our room had an interesting view of the mews outside. It was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we really appreciated the library and games room. The coffee at breakfast was good enough but could have been better quality.

The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It's also a great choice for families with children. The location is fantastic, right next to Gloucester Road underground station, which was our main mode of transportation, and within easy walking distance of the Natural History Museum. We booked a family room, which was almost perfect except for two small drawbacks: the bathroom was comically small, and the walls and floors were quite thin. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and on some nights we could hear our upstairs neighbours talking and walking around, which was a bit of a shame.

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, lovely location I can’t give a higher rating than a 3 simply because I had an awful nights sleep. My main reason for coming to a hotel was to get away for the night for a relaxing evening and sleep, but all through the night there was banging, stomping and loud noises from the room upstairs. It is a shame as it isn’t entirely the hotels fault, however I have never been able to hear the above room so clearly, so it must be a fault of the building.

The reception staff were friendly. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Also, water was provided each day which was good because we had very unusually hot weather during our stay.

Central location No hot water in room so could not run a bath nor shower for long even though they restarted boiler issue remained windows don’t open so no fresh air, rooms not big enough for two people. Great area but would not stay again

Location was good for our plans to be near friends and The Royal Albert Hall and shopping. The staff were great and polite and we played cards in a comfortable setting. The breakfast was buffet style with a good variety and with eggs cooked to choice. The room was quiet and good enough size for us and 3 suitcases. It was all good.

Location was excellent - lovely neighborhood and a few mins to some cute cafes, shops and station. Hotel was nicely appointed- great toiletries, sofa bed made up and towels for 3 ready to go. Excellent charging ports - multiple ports around the room made it easy to charge watch’s, AirPods, iphones and ipads for 3. Mini bar /snack bar was well equipped and pricing was easy to see. Reception was good, friendly and didn’t make it a rushed experience. It was a little tricky to drag suitcases up and down the front of the hotel steps…. Although there was a lift inside hotel. We had arranged for late check out (for a fee) however our key cards stopped working at the original check in time. The front desk was able to quickly sort it out- so it was a minor inconvenience at most.

Good location, clean room, nice amenities. Some furniture was a bit broken. The bed wasn’t very comfortable (no memory foam mattress).
